2 (A)[b] Пастирю на Израил,
Който водиш потомците на Йосиф като стадо, слушай!
Ти, Който седиш на херувими, сияй!
3 Прояви силата Си пред племената на Ефрем, Вениамин и Манасия
и ела да ни спасиш.
4 Боже, възстанови ни! Нека засияе лицето Ти
и ще се спасим.
5 Господи, Боже Вседържителю,
докога ще се гневиш въпреки молитвите на Твоя народ?
6 (B)Храниш ни с хляб, напоен със сълзи,
и ни поиш изобилно със сълзи.
7 (C)Противопоставяш ни на нашите съседи,
а нашите врагове ни се подиграват.
8 Боже Вседържителю, възстанови ни!
Нека засияе лицето Ти и ще се спасим.
9 Ти извади лозата от Египет,
изгони народите и я посади;
10 направи ѝ място, вкорени я
и тя изпълни земята.
11 Планините се покриха със сянката ѝ,
а кедрите Божии – с нейните клони.
12 Тя простря клоните си до морето
и филизите си – до реката.
13 Защо събори нейната ограда
и сега берат от нея всички, които вървят по пътя?
14 Глиганът я подкопава,
а полските животни я гризат.
15 Боже Вседържителю, обърни се!
Погледни от небесата и виж, и посети това лозе!
16 Запази онова, което е насадила десницата Ти,
и филизите, които Ти укрепи за Себе Си.
17 То е обгорено и изпорязано.
Те ще загинат от заплахите на лицето Ти.
18 Да бъде ръката Ти върху мъжа, който седи отдясно на Тебе;
върху човешкия син, когото Ти укрепи.
19 Така няма да се отделим от Тебе.
Съживи ни и ние ще изповядаме Твоето име.
20 Боже Вседържителю, възстанови ни!

80 (По слав. 79). За първия певец, по като кринове е заявлението {Псал. 45 и 69. надписите.}. Асафов псалом. Послушай, Пастирю Израилев, Който водиш като стадо Иосифа; Ти, който обитаваш между херувимите, възсияй.
2 Пред Ефрема Вениамина и Манасия раздвижи силата Си, И дойди да ни спасиш.
3 Възвърни ни, Боже, и осияй с лицето Си; И ще се спасим.
4 Господи Боже на Силите, До кога ще пазиш гняв против молитвите на людете Си?
5 Даваш им да ядат хляб със сълзи. И поиш ги изобилно със сълзи.
6 Направил си ни <предмет> на разпра между съседите ни; И неприятелите ни се смеят помежду си.
7 Възвърни ни Боже на Силите, Осияй с лицето Си и ще се спасим,
8 Пренесъл си лоза из Египет. И като си изгонил народите, нея си насадил.
9 Приготвил си <място> пред нея; И тя е пуснала дълбоко корени, и е изпълнила земята.
10 Покриха се бърдата със сянката й; И клоновете й станаха <като> изящните {Еврейски: Божиите.} кедри,
11 Простря клончетата до морето. И ластарите си до Евфрат {Еврейски: Реката.}.
12 Защо си съборил плетищата й, Та я берат всички, които минават през пътя?
13 Запустява я глиган от гората, И полските зверове я пояждат.
14 Обърни се, молим Ти се, Боже на Силите, Погледни от небето, и виж, и посети тая лоза,
15 И защити това, което е насадила Твоята десница, И отрасъла {Еврейски: Сина.}, който Си направил силен за Себе Си.
16 Тя биде изгорена с огън; отсечена биде; Погиват при заплахата {Еврейски: Изобличението,} на лицето Ти.
17 Нека бъде ръката Ти върху мъжа на Твоята десница, Върху човешкия син, <когото> си направил силен за Себе Си.
18 Така ние не ще се отклоним от Тебе; Съживи ни, и ще призовем Твоето име.

For the director of music. To the tune of “The Lilies of the Covenant.” Of Asaph. A psalm.
1 Hear us, Shepherd of Israel,
you who lead Joseph like a flock.(A)
You who sit enthroned between the cherubim,(B)
shine forth 2 before Ephraim, Benjamin and Manasseh.(C)
Awaken(D) your might;
come and save us.(E)
4 How long,(I) Lord God Almighty,
will your anger smolder(J)
against the prayers of your people?
5 You have fed them with the bread of tears;(K)
you have made them drink tears by the bowlful.(L)
6 You have made us an object of derision[b] to our neighbors,
and our enemies mock us.(M)
7 Restore us, God Almighty;
make your face shine on us,
that we may be saved.(N)
8 You transplanted a vine(O) from Egypt;
you drove out(P) the nations and planted(Q) it.
9 You cleared the ground for it,
and it took root and filled the land.
10 The mountains were covered with its shade,
the mighty cedars with its branches.
11 Its branches reached as far as the Sea,[c]
its shoots as far as the River.[d](R)
12 Why have you broken down its walls(S)
so that all who pass by pick its grapes?
13 Boars from the forest ravage(T) it,
and insects from the fields feed on it.
14 Return to us, God Almighty!
Look down from heaven and see!(U)
Watch over this vine,
15 the root your right hand has planted,
the son[e] you have raised up for yourself.
16 Your vine is cut down, it is burned with fire;(V)
at your rebuke(W) your people perish.
17 Let your hand rest on the man at your right hand,
the son of man(X) you have raised up for yourself.
18 Then we will not turn away from you;
revive(Y) us, and we will call on your name.
19 Restore us, Lord God Almighty;
make your face shine on us,
that we may be saved.

2 Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh stir up thy strength, and come and save us.
3 Turn us again, O God, and cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.
4 O Lord God of hosts, how long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people?
5 Thou feedest them with the bread of tears; and givest them tears to drink in great measure.
6 Thou makest us a strife unto our neighbours: and our enemies laugh among themselves.
7 Turn us again, O God of hosts, and cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.
8 Thou hast brought a vine out of Egypt: thou hast cast out the heathen, and planted it.
9 Thou preparedst room before it, and didst cause it to take deep root, and it filled the land.
10 The hills were covered with the shadow of it, and the boughs thereof were like the goodly cedars.
11 She sent out her boughs unto the sea, and her branches unto the river.
12 Why hast thou then broken down her hedges, so that all they which pass by the way do pluck her?
13 The boar out of the wood doth waste it, and the wild beast of the field doth devour it.
14 Return, we beseech thee, O God of hosts: look down from heaven, and behold, and visit this vine;
15 And the vineyard which thy right hand hath planted, and the branch that thou madest strong for thyself.
16 It is burned with fire, it is cut down: they perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.
17 Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man whom thou madest strong for thyself.
18 So will not we go back from thee: quicken us, and we will call upon thy name.
19 Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts, cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.

80 Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel,
(B)You who lead Joseph (C)like a flock;
You who dwell between the cherubim, (D)shine forth!
2 Before (E)Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasseh,
Stir up Your strength,
And come and save us!
4 O Lord God of hosts,
(H)How long will You be angry
Against the prayer of Your people?
5 (I)You have fed them with the bread of tears,
And given them tears to drink in great measure.
6 You have made us a strife to our neighbors,
And our enemies laugh among themselves.
7 Restore us, O God of hosts;
Cause Your face to shine,
And we shall be saved!
8 You have brought (J)a vine out of Egypt;
(K)You have cast out the [c]nations, and planted it.
9 You prepared room for it,
And caused it to take deep root,
And it filled the land.
