³It is an honour for a man to cease from strife: but every fool will be meddling.

Proverbs 20:3

New International Version

³It is to one’s honor to avoid strife,
but every fool^(A) is quick to quarrel.^(B)

³^(A)It is honorable for a man to stop striving,
Since any fool can start a quarrel.

¹¹And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;

¹¹and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands,^(A) just as we told you,

¹¹that you also aspire to lead a quiet life, ^(A)to mind your own business, and ^(B)to work with your own hands, as we commanded you,
