26 Коли ввійдеш у землю, що її Господь Бог твій дає тобі у власність, і заволодієш нею, й оселишся на ній, 2 візьми дещо з найперших плодів того, що виростиш на землі, яку дає тобі Господь Бог твій, склади їх у кошик і принеси до Його храму. 3 Піди до священика, який правитиме службу на той час і скажи йому: «Сьогодні я проголошую Господу Богу твоєму, що я прийшов на землю, яку Господь пообіцяв віддати нашим батькам».
4 Тоді священик візьме кошик із руки твоєї і поставить його перед вівтарем Господа Бога твого. 5 Тоді ти скажеш перед Господом Богом своїм: «Мій предок був арамійцем-кочівником[a], він пішов до Єгипту[b] й жив там як чужинець із малим числом людей. Але там став він великим народом, могутнім і численним. 6 Та єгиптяни були жорстокі до нас, утискали нас, і примушували тяжко працювати. 7 Тоді звернулися ми з благаннями до Господа Бога предків наших, і Він почув наш голос, і побачив наші страждання, тяжку працю й пригнобленість. 8 Тож Господь вивів нас із Єгипту виявами Своєї сили великої, що супроводжувалися великим страхом, знаками й чудесами. 9 Він привів нас сюди. Він дав нам цю землю, що тече молоком і медом. 10 Тож зараз я приніс перші плоди землі, що ти, Господи, дав мені».
Поклади їх перед Господом Богом своїм і вклонися низько перед Господом Богом своїм. 11 Радій з усього того добра, яке Господь Бог твій дав тобі й родині твоїй: ти й левит, і чужинець, що живе між тебе.
12 Коли виділиш десятину всього врожаю на третій рік, даси левитові й чужинцю, й сироті, й вдові, щоб було їм вдосталь їжі по всіх містах твоїх. 13 Тоді скажи перед Господом Богом твоїм: «Я виніс святу частку з оселі й дав її левиту, чужинцю, сироті та вдові, як Ти звелів мені. Я не порушив і не забув жодного з наказів Твоїх. 14 Я не їв нічого з того в жалобі своїй і не відкладав нічого, поки нечистий був, і не давав нічого з цього померлим. Я слухався Господа Бога мого. Я зробив усе, що Ти наказував мені[c]. 15 Поглянь з оселі Своєї святої, з Небес, і благослови народ Ізраїлю і землю, що Ти нам дав, що пообіцяв батькам нашим землю, що тече молоком і медом».

16 Сьогодні Господь Бог твій заповідає тобі виконувати настанови та накази. Він—твій Бог. Пильно дотримуйся їх усіх своїм серцем і всією душею. 17 Сьогодні ти укладаєш цю Угоду з Господом. Він буде Богом твоїм, ти житимеш так, як Він хоче, й дотримуватимешся Його настанов, заповідей і наказів, і слухатимешся Його. 18 Сьогодні Господь укладає цю Угоду з тобою: ти будеш Його улюбленим народом, як Він і обіцяв тобі, і дотримуватимешся його заповідей. 19 І Він зробить тебе величнішим за всі народи, які Він створив Собі на хвалу, славу й честь, і будеш ти святим народом для Господа Бога твого, як Він сказав.

Firstfruits and Tithes
26 When you have entered the land the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance and have taken possession of it and settled in it, 2 take some of the firstfruits(A) of all that you produce from the soil of the land the Lord your God is giving you and put them in a basket. Then go to the place the Lord your God will choose as a dwelling for his Name(B) 3 and say to the priest in office at the time, “I declare today to the Lord your God that I have come to the land the Lord swore to our ancestors to give us.” 4 The priest shall take the basket from your hands and set it down in front of the altar of the Lord your God. 5 Then you shall declare before the Lord your God: “My father was a wandering(C) Aramean,(D) and he went down into Egypt with a few people(E) and lived there and became a great nation,(F) powerful and numerous. 6 But the Egyptians mistreated us and made us suffer,(G) subjecting us to harsh labor.(H) 7 Then we cried out to the Lord, the God of our ancestors, and the Lord heard our voice(I) and saw(J) our misery,(K) toil and oppression.(L) 8 So the Lord brought us out of Egypt(M) with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm,(N) with great terror and with signs and wonders.(O) 9 He brought us to this place and gave us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey;(P) 10 and now I bring the firstfruits of the soil that you, Lord, have given me.(Q)” Place the basket before the Lord your God and bow down before him. 11 Then you and the Levites(R) and the foreigners residing among you shall rejoice(S) in all the good things the Lord your God has given to you and your household.
12 When you have finished setting aside a tenth(T) of all your produce in the third year, the year of the tithe,(U) you shall give it to the Levite, the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow, so that they may eat in your towns and be satisfied. 13 Then say to the Lord your God: “I have removed from my house the sacred portion and have given it to the Levite, the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow, according to all you commanded. I have not turned aside from your commands nor have I forgotten any of them.(V) 14 I have not eaten any of the sacred portion while I was in mourning, nor have I removed any of it while I was unclean,(W) nor have I offered any of it to the dead. I have obeyed the Lord my God; I have done everything you commanded me. 15 Look down from heaven,(X) your holy dwelling place, and bless(Y) your people Israel and the land you have given us as you promised on oath to our ancestors, a land flowing with milk and honey.”
Follow the Lord’s Commands
16 The Lord your God commands you this day to follow these decrees and laws; carefully observe them with all your heart and with all your soul.(Z) 17 You have declared this day that the Lord is your God and that you will walk in obedience to him, that you will keep his decrees, commands and laws—that you will listen to him.(AA) 18 And the Lord has declared this day that you are his people, his treasured possession(AB) as he promised, and that you are to keep all his commands. 19 He has declared that he will set you in praise,(AC) fame and honor high above all the nations(AD) he has made and that you will be a people holy(AE) to the Lord your God, as he promised.

Offerings of Firstfruits and Tithes
26 “When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance and have taken possession of it and live in it, 2 (A)you shall take some of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which you harvest from your land that the Lord your God is giving you, and you shall put it in a basket, and you shall (B)go to the place that the Lord your God will choose, to make his name to dwell there. 3 And you shall go to the priest who is in office at that time and say to him, ‘I declare today to the Lord your God that I have come into the land (C)that the Lord swore to our fathers to give us.’ 4 Then the priest shall take the basket from your hand and set it down before the altar of the Lord your God.
5 “And you shall make response before the Lord your God, ‘A (D)wandering Aramean was my father. And he went down into Egypt and sojourned there, (E)few in number, and there he became a nation, great, mighty, and populous. 6 And (F)the Egyptians treated us harshly and humiliated us and laid on us hard labor. 7 Then (G)we cried to the Lord, the God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our voice and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression. 8 And (H)the Lord brought us out of Egypt (I)with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, with great deeds of terror,[a] with signs and wonders. 9 And he brought us into this place and gave us this land, (J)a land flowing with milk and honey. 10 And behold, now I bring the first of the fruit of the ground, which you, O Lord, have given me.’ And you shall set it down before the Lord your God and worship before the Lord your God. 11 And (K)you shall rejoice in all the good that the Lord your God has given to you and to your house, you, and the Levite, and the sojourner who is among you.
12 “When you have finished paying all (L)the tithe of your produce in the third year, which is (M)the year of tithing, giving it to the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, so that they may eat within your towns and be filled, 13 then you shall say before the Lord your God, ‘I have removed the sacred portion out of my house, and moreover, I have given it to the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, according to all your commandment that you have commanded me. I have not transgressed any of your commandments, (N)nor have I forgotten them. 14 (O)I have not eaten of the tithe while I was mourning, or removed any of it while I was unclean, or offered any of it (P)to the dead. I have obeyed the voice of the Lord my God. I have done according to all that you have commanded me. 15 (Q)Look down from your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless your people Israel and the ground that you have given us, as you swore to our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.’
16 “This day the Lord your God commands you to do these statutes and rules. You shall therefore be careful to do them with all your heart and with all your soul. 17 (R)You have declared today that the Lord is your God, and that you will walk in his ways, and keep his statutes and his commandments and his rules, and will obey his voice. 18 And the Lord has declared today that you are (S)a people for his treasured possession, as he has promised you, and that you are to keep all his commandments, 19 and that he will set you in praise and in fame and in honor (T)high above all nations (U)that he has made, and that you shall be (V)a people holy to the Lord your God, as he promised.”

26 Y SERA que, cuando hubieres entrado en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad, y la poseyeres, y habitares en ella;
2 Entonces tomarás de las primicias de todos los frutos de la tierra, que sacares de tu tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da, y lo pondrás en un canastillo, é irás al lugar que Jehová tu Dios escogiere para hacer habitar allí su nombre.
3 Y llegarás al sacerdote que fuere en aquellos días, y le dirás: Reconozco hoy á Jehová tu Dios que he entrado en la tierra que juró Jehová á nuestros padres que nos había de dar.
4 Y el sacerdote tomará el canastillo de tu mano, y pondrálo delante del altar de Jehová tu Dios.
5 Entonces hablarás y dirás delante de Jehová tu Dios: Un Siro á punto de perecer fué mi padre, el cual descendió á Egipto y peregrinó allá con pocos hombres, y allí creció en gente grande, fuerte y numerosa:
6 Y los Egipcios nos maltrataron, y nos afligieron, y pusieron sobre nosotros dura servidumbre.
7 Y clamamos á Jehová Dios de nuestros padres; y oyó Jehová nuestra voz, y vió nuestra aflicción, y nuestro trabajo, y nuestra opresión:
8 Y sacónos Jehová de Egipto con mano fuerte, y con brazo extendido, y con grande espanto, y con señales y con milagros:
9 Y trájonos á este lugar, y diónos esta tierra, tierra que fluye leche y miel.
10 Y ahora, he aquí, he traído las primicias del fruto de la tierra que me diste, oh Jehová. Y lo dejarás delante de Jehová tu Dios, é inclinarte has delante de Jehová tu Dios.
11 Y te alegrarás con todo el bien que Jehová tu Dios te hubiere dado á ti y á tu casa, tú y el Levita, y el extranjero que está en medio de ti.
12 Cuando hubieres acabado de diezmar todo el diezmo de tus frutos en el año tercero, el año del diezmo, darás también al Levita, al extranjero, al huérfano y á la viuda; y comerán en tus villas, y se saciarán.
13 Y dirás delante de Jehová tu Dios: Yo he sacado lo consagrado de mi casa, y también lo he dado al Levita, y al extranjero, y al huérfano, y á la viuda, conforme á todos tus mandamientos que me ordenaste: no he traspasado tus mandamientos, ni me he olvidado de ellos:
14 No he comido de ello en mi luto, ni he sacado de ello en inmundicia, ni de ello he dado para mortuorio: he obedecido á la voz de Jehová mi Dios, he hecho conforme á todo lo que me has mandado.
15 Mira desde la morada de tu santidad, desde el cielo, y bendice á tu pueblo Israel, y á la tierra que nos has dado, como juraste á nuestros padres, tierra que fluye leche y miel.
16 Jehová tu Dios te manda hoy que cumplas estos estatutos y derechos; cuida, pues, de ponerlos por obra con todo tu corazón, y con toda tu alma.
17 A Jehová has ensalzado hoy para que te sea por Dios, y para andar en sus caminos, y para guardar sus estatutos y sus mandamientos y sus derechos, y para oir su voz:
18 Y Jehová te ha ensalzado hoy para que le seas su peculiar pueblo, como él te lo he dicho, y para que guardes todos sus mandamientos;
19 Y para ponerte alto sobre todas las gentes que hizo, para loor, y fama, y gloria; y para que seas pueblo santo á Jehová tu Dios, como él ha dicho.
