Послання до Ефеської церкви
2 Напиши Ангелу Ефеської церкви:
Ось що говорить тобі Той, Хто тримає сім зірок у Своїй правиці й ходить між семи золотими світильниками:
2 «Я знаю вчинки твої, твою тяжку працю і довготерпіння, та що терпіти не можеш лихих людей. Знаю Я, що ти випробувала тих, хто називав себе апостолами, але насправді ними не були, і довідалась, що вони брехуни. 3 Я знаю твоє терпіння, і що ти пережила заради Мене, але то не виснажило тебе.
4 Та ось що Я маю на докір тобі: ти відмовилася від любові, яка була в тобі від початку. 5 Отож пам’ятай, з якої висоти ти впала. Покайся і роби те, що робила від початку. А як не зробиш цього, то Я прийду й заберу твій світильник з його місця. 6 Але є й те, де ти маєш рацію: ти ненавидиш вчинки николаїтів[a]. Я теж їх ненавиджу.
7 Хто має вуха, нехай почує, що Дух говорить церквам. Усім, хто переможе, Я дам право їсти плоди з дерева життя. А дерево це—в Божому раю».
Послання до церкви у Смирні
8 Напиши Ангелу церкви у Смирні:
Ось що говорить до тебе Перший і Останній, Хто прийняв смерть і повернувся до життя:
9 «Я знаю про твої турботи і знаю, що ти бідна, але насправді ти багата! Я знаю, що дехто лихословить проти тебе. Ті люди кажуть, що вони юдеї, але вони не є істинними юдеями. Вони—люди[b], які належать сатані. 10 Не бійся нічого, що тобі доведеться перестраджати. Диявол кине декого з вас до в’язниці, щоб випробувати вас. Ти будеш страждати десять днів. Але будь стійкою у вірі, навіть якщо доведеться померти, і Я дам тобі вінець життя.
11 Хто має вуха, нехай чує, що Дух промовляє церквам: той, хто переможе, не зазнає шкоди від другої смерті».
Послання до Перґамської церкви
12 Напиши Ангелу Перґамської церкви:
Ось, що говорить Той, Хто має двосічний меч:
13 «Я знаю, що живеш ти там, де престол сатани. Я також знаю, що дотримуєшся ти ймення Мого і не відмовилася від Моєї віри навіть у ті дні, коли Антипа, Мій вірний свідок[c], був убитий у твоєму місті, де живе сатана.
14 Однак Я дещо маю і на докір тобі: є там серед вас люди, які наслідують „вчення Валаама”. Того Валаама, який навчив Валака звабити людей Ізраїлю на гріх: вони їли м’ясо, пожертвуване бовванам, і чинили розпусту. 15 Такі люди є й серед вас. Вони наслідують вчення николаїтів. 16 Покайтеся ж! Бо Я скоро прийду до вас і битимуся з тими людьми мечем Моїх уст.
17 Хто має вуха, нехай слухає, що Дух промовляє церквам: тому, хто переможе, буде від Мене „прихована манна”. І дам я тому білий камінь, а на камені тому буде написане нове ім’я, якого ніхто не знатиме, крім того, хто одержить його».
Послання Ісуса до церкви в Фіатирі
18 Напиши до Ангела Фіатирської церкви:
Це говорить Син Божий, Той, в Кого очі блищать, як полум’я, а ноги, немов із блискучої бронзи:
19 «Я знаю про діла твої, любов, віру, служіння, й про твоє довготерпіння. Я знаю те, що ти робила останнім часом,—більше, ніж те, що робила спочатку.
20 Але ось що маю на докір тобі: ти надто багато дозволяєш цій жінці Єзавелі[d], яка називає себе пророчицею. Своїм ученням вона зводить слуг Моїх з путі істинного. Вони чинять розпусту й їдять їжу, яка була принесена в пожертву бовванам. 21 Я дав їй час, аби покаялась, але вона не хоче каятися в своїй розпусті.
22 Отож готовий Я вже кинути її на ложе муки, а тих, хто грішив із нею, віддати на великі страждання, якщо не покаяться вони в злодіяннях, які з нею чинили. 23 Я повбиваю її послідовників, і тоді всі церкви дізнаються, що Я є Той, Хто знає людські думки й почуття. Я відплачу кожному з вас за діла ваші.
24 А тепер є у Мене дещо для решти із вас у Фіатирі, хто не наслідує цього вчення і хто не засвоїв так званих сатанинських „глибинних таємниць”. На вас Я більше не накладатиму ніякого іншого тягаря. 25 Але тримайтеся тієї істини, що маєте, доки Я не прийду.
26 Тим, хто переможе й буде послідовно до кінця виконувати Мою волю, Я дам владу над народами. 27 І керуватимуть вони народами залізним жезлом, і розіб’ють їх на дрібні черепки, мов глиняні горщики[e]. 28 Вони отримають таку ж саму владу, яку Я одержав від Отця Свого, і дам Я їм досвітню зорю. 29 Той хто має вуха, нехай почує, що Дух промовляє церквам!»

2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate.
7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
12 And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;
13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate.
16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
18 And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;
19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.
20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.
24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.
25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.
26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:
27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
28 And I will give him the morning star.
29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
Revelation 2

To the Church in Ephesus
2 “To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: ‘The words of (A)him who holds the seven stars in his right hand, (B)who walks among the seven golden lampstands.
2 (C)“‘I know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear with those who are evil, but (D)have tested those (E)who call themselves apostles and are not, and found them to be false. 3 I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up (F)for my name's sake, and you (G)have not grown weary. 4 But I have this against you, that you have abandoned (H)the love you had at first. 5 Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do (I)the works you did at first. If not, (J)I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent. 6 Yet this you have: you hate the works of (K)the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. 7 (L)He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the Church in Smyrna
8 “And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: ‘The words of (P)the first and the last, (Q)who died and came to life.
9 “‘I know your tribulation and (R)your poverty ((S)but you are rich) and the slander[a] of (T)those who say that they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. 10 Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, (U)that you may be tested, and for (V)ten days (W)you will have tribulation. (X)Be faithful (Y)unto death, and I will give you (Z)the crown of life. 11 (AA)He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. (AB)The one who conquers will not be hurt by (AC)the second death.’
To the Church in Pergamum
12 “And to the angel of the church in Pergamum write: ‘The words of him who has (AD)the sharp two-edged sword.
13 “‘I know where you dwell, (AE)where Satan's throne is. Yet you hold fast my name, and you did not (AF)deny my faith[b] even in the days of Antipas (AG)my faithful witness, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells. 14 But I have a few things against you: you have some there who hold the teaching of (AH)Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, so that they might (AI)eat food sacrificed to idols and (AJ)practice sexual immorality. 15 So also you have some who hold the teaching of (AK)the Nicolaitans. 16 Therefore repent. If not, (AL)I will come to you soon and (AM)war against them with (AN)the sword of my mouth. 17 (AO)He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the Church in Thyatira
18 “And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write: ‘The words of the Son of God, (AT)who has eyes like a flame of fire, and whose feet are like burnished bronze.
19 (AU)“‘I know your works, your love and faith and service and patient endurance, and that your latter works exceed the first. 20 But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman (AV)Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servants (AW)to practice sexual immorality and (AX)to eat food sacrificed to idols. 21 I gave her time to repent, but (AY)she refuses to repent of her sexual immorality. 22 Behold, I will throw her onto a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her I will throw into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works, 23 and I will strike her children dead. And all the churches will know that I am he (AZ)who searches mind and heart, and (BA)I will give to each of you according to your works. 24 But to the rest of you in Thyatira, who do not hold this teaching, who have not learned what some call (BB)the deep things of Satan, to you I say, I (BC)do not lay on you any other burden. 25 Only hold fast (BD)what you have until I come. 26 (BE)The one who conquers and who keeps my works (BF)until the end, (BG)to him I will give authority over the nations, 27 and (BH)he will (BI)rule[c] them with a rod of iron, (BJ)as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father. 28 And I will give him (BK)the morning star. 29 (BL)He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’
