Недостойные правители и пророки
3 Я сказал:
– Послушайте, вожди потомков Якуба,
правители народа Исраила!
Не ваше ли дело знать правосудие?
2 А вы ненавидите добро и любите зло,
сдираете кожу с Моего народа
и его плоть с костей.
3 Вы едите плоть Моего народа,
сдираете его кожу,
а кости на куски дробите;
рубите его, как мясо в горшок[a],
как убоину для котла.
4 Время придёт, воззовут они к Вечному,
но Он не ответит.
В то время Он скроет от них Своё лицо
из-за того зла, которое они наделали.
5 Так говорит Вечный:
– Что до пророков,
сбивающих с пути Мой народ,
то тем, кто их накормит,
они возвещают: «Мир!» –
а тому, кто голодными их оставит,
они объявляют войну.
6 За это поглотит вас ночь без видений,
тьма, в которой не будет предвещаний.
Сядет солнце для пророков,
и померкнет над ними день.
7 Постыдятся провидцы,
опозорены будут гадатели.
Все прикроют лица,
потому что не будет ответа от Всевышнего.
8 А что до меня, то Дух Вечного укрепил меня,
и я могу смело стоять за правду
и обличать Якуба в его преступлениях,
Исраил – в его грехах.
9 Слушайте это, вожди потомков Якуба,
правители народа Исраила,
гнушающиеся правосудием,
искажающие всякую правду;
10 вы, кто строит Сион на крови,
Иерусалим – на беззаконии!
11 Вожди его судят за взятку,
священнослужители учат за плату,
и пророки предсказывают за деньги.
При этом они полагаются на Вечного, говоря:
«Да разве Вечный не с нами?
Не придёт к нам беда».
12 Поэтому из-за вас
Сион будет распахан, как поле,
Иерусалим станет грудой развалин,
а храмовая гора зарастёт лесом.

3 我說：雅各的首領，以色列家的官長啊，你們要聽！你們不當知道公平嗎？ 2 你們惡善好惡，從人身上剝皮，從人骨頭上剔肉。 3 吃我民的肉，剝他們的皮，打折他們的骨頭，分成塊子像要下鍋，又像釜中的肉。 4 到了遭災的時候，這些人必哀求耶和華，他卻不應允他們。那時他必照他們所行的惡事，向他們掩面。
責先知偽報平康
5 論到使我民走差路的先知，他們牙齒有所嚼的，他們就呼喊說「平安了！」，凡不供給他們吃的，他們就預備攻擊他[a]。耶和華如此說： 6 「你們必遭遇黑夜，以致不見異象；又必遭遇幽暗，以致不能占卜。日頭必向你們沉落，白晝變為黑暗。 7 先見必抱愧，占卜的必蒙羞，都必摀著嘴唇，因為神不應允他們。」 8 至於我，我藉耶和華的靈，滿有力量、公平、才能，可以向雅各說明他的過犯，向以色列指出他的罪惡。
肆行邪惡必受災罰
9 雅各家的首領，以色列家的官長啊，當聽我的話！你們厭惡公平，在一切事上屈枉正直， 10 以人血建立錫安，以罪孽建造耶路撒冷。 11 首領為賄賂行審判，祭司為雇價施訓誨，先知為銀錢行占卜，他們卻倚賴耶和華說：「耶和華不是在我們中間嗎？災禍必不臨到我們。」 12 所以因你們的緣故，錫安必被耕種像一塊田，耶路撒冷必變為亂堆，這殿的山必像叢林的高處。

Leaders and Prophets Rebuked
3 Then I said,
“Listen, you leaders(A) of Jacob,
you rulers of Israel.
Should you not embrace justice,
2 you who hate good and love evil;
who tear the skin from my people
and the flesh from their bones;(B)
3 who eat my people’s flesh,(C)
strip off their skin
and break their bones in pieces;(D)
who chop(E) them up like meat for the pan,
like flesh for the pot?(F)”
4 Then they will cry out to the Lord,
but he will not answer them.(G)
At that time he will hide his face(H) from them
because of the evil they have done.(I)
5 This is what the Lord says:
“As for the prophets
who lead my people astray,(J)
they proclaim ‘peace’(K)
if they have something to eat,
but prepare to wage war against anyone
who refuses to feed them.
6 Therefore night will come over you, without visions,
and darkness, without divination.(L)
The sun will set for the prophets,(M)
and the day will go dark for them.(N)
7 The seers will be ashamed(O)
and the diviners disgraced.(P)
They will all cover(Q) their faces(R)
because there is no answer from God.(S)”
8 But as for me, I am filled with power,
with the Spirit of the Lord,
and with justice and might,
to declare to Jacob his transgression,
to Israel his sin.(T)
9 Hear this, you leaders of Jacob,
you rulers of Israel,
who despise justice
and distort all that is right;(U)
10 who build(V) Zion with bloodshed,(W)
and Jerusalem with wickedness.(X)
11 Her leaders judge for a bribe,(Y)
her priests teach for a price,(Z)
and her prophets tell fortunes for money.(AA)
Yet they look(AB) for the Lord’s support and say,
“Is not the Lord among us?
No disaster will come upon us.”(AC)
12 Therefore because of you,
Zion will be plowed like a field,
Jerusalem will become a heap of rubble,(AD)
the temple(AE) hill a mound overgrown with thickets.(AF)

3 And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?
2 Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones;
3 Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron.
4 Then shall they cry unto the Lord, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.
5 Thus saith the Lord concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.
6 Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.
7 Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.
8 But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the Lord, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.
9 Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity.
10 They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.
11 The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the Lord, and say, Is not the Lord among us? none evil can come upon us.
12 Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
