47 Потом ме је довео на улаз Дома, и гле, вода је извирала испод прага Дома према истоку, јер је Дом био окренут према истоку. Вода је истицала испод десне стране Дома, јужно од жртвеника. 2 Затим ме је извео кроз северна врата водећи ме около, са спољне стране, према спољашњим вратима, путем који гледа на исток. И гле, вода је куљала с десне стране.

Где ова река дође, све ће оживети. 10 Рибари ће стајати дуж мора од Ен-Гедија до Ен-Еглајима; то ће бити место где ће се сушити мреже. Границе земље
13 Говори Господ Бог: „Ово су границе по којима ћете поделити земљу у наслеђе међу дванаест племена Израиља: Јосифу два дела. 14 Поделите је подједнако, пошто сам се заклео да ћу је дати вашим оцима, и ова земља ће вам припасти у наследство.
15 Ово је граница земље:
На северу, од Великог мора преко Етлона и Лево-Амата, до Седада, 16 Вироте, Сиврајима, који је на граници између Дамаска и Амата; Асар-Атихон, који је на авранској граници. 17 Тако ће се граница протезати од мора до Асар-Енана, која је на северној граници Дамаска, са аматском границом на северу. 47 Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar.
2 Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side.
3 And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ankles.
4 Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through; the waters were to the loins.
5 Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over.
6 And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river.
7 Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.
8 Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.
9 And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh.
10 And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from Engedi even unto Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many.
11 But the miry places thereof and the marishes thereof shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt.
12 And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.
13 Thus saith the Lord God; This shall be the border, whereby ye shall inherit the land according to the twelve tribes of Israel: Joseph shall have two portions.
14 And ye shall inherit it, one as well as another: concerning the which I lifted up mine hand to give it unto your fathers: and this land shall fall unto you for inheritance.
15 And this shall be the border of the land toward the north side, from the great sea, the way of Hethlon, as men go to Zedad;
16 Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim, which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath; Hazarhatticon, which is by the coast of Hauran.
17 And the border from the sea shall be Hazarenan, the border of Damascus, and the north northward, and the border of Hamath. And this is the north side.
18 And the east side ye shall measure from Hauran, and from Damascus, and from Gilead, and from the land of Israel by Jordan, from the border unto the east sea. And this is the east side.
19 And the south side southward, from Tamar even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the great sea. And this is the south side southward.
20 The west side also shall be the great sea from the border, till a man come over against Hamath. This is the west side.
21 So shall ye divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel.
22 And it shall come to pass, that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and they shall be unto you as born in the country among the children of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.
23 And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give him his inheritance, saith the Lord God.

El río del Templo
47 El hombre me trajo de vuelta a la entrada del Templo y vi que brotaba agua por debajo del umbral, en dirección al oriente, que es hacia donde da la fachada del Templo. El agua corría por la parte baja del lado derecho del Templo, al sur del altar. 2 Luego el hombre me sacó por la puerta del norte y me hizo dar la vuelta por fuera, hasta la puerta exterior que mira hacia el oriente; y vi que las aguas fluían del lado sur.
3 El hombre salió hacia el oriente con una cuerda en la mano, midió mil codos y me hizo cruzar el agua, la cual me llegaba a los tobillos. 4 Luego midió otros mil codos y me hizo cruzar el agua, que ahora me llegaba a las rodillas. Midió otros mil codos y me hizo cruzar el agua, que esta vez me llegaba a la cintura. 5 Midió otros mil codos, pero la corriente se había convertido ya en un río que yo no podía cruzar. Creció tanto el torrente que solo se podía cruzar a nado. 6 Entonces me preguntó: «¿Lo has visto, hijo de hombre?».
Enseguida me hizo volver a la orilla del río 7 y, al llegar, vi una gran cantidad de árboles a cada lado del torrente. 8 Allí me dijo: «Estas aguas fluyen hacia la región oriental, descienden hasta el Arabá y van a dar al mar Muerto. Cuando desembocan en ese mar, las aguas se vuelven dulces. 9 Por donde corra este río, todo ser viviente que en él se mueva vivirá. Habrá peces en abundancia porque el agua de este río transformará el agua salada en agua dulce; así donde el río fluye todo vivirá. 10 Junto al río se detendrán los pescadores, desde Engadi hasta Eneglayin, porque allí habrá lugar para secar sus redes. Los peces allí serán tan variados y numerosos como en el mar Mediterráneo.[a] 11 Pero sus pantanos y ciénagas no tendrán agua dulce, sino que quedarán como salinas. 12 Junto a las orillas del río crecerá toda clase de árboles frutales; sus hojas no se marchitarán, y siempre tendrán frutos. Cada mes darán frutos nuevos, porque el agua que los riega sale del santuario. Sus frutos servirán de alimento y sus hojas serán medicinales».
Los límites del país
13 Así dice el Señor y Dios: «Estos son los límites del país que se repartirá como herencia a las doce tribus de Israel, tomando en cuenta que a José le tocará una doble porción. 14 Deben dividirla por partes iguales entre ustedes. Porque con la mano en alto juré solemnemente a sus antepasados darles este país como herencia.
15 »Los límites del país serán:
»Por el lado norte, comenzando desde el mar Mediterráneo y pasando por la ciudad de Hetlón hasta la entrada de Zedad: 16 Jamat, Berotá, Sibrayin —que está entre el territorio de Damasco y el de Jamat— y Jazar Haticón, que limita con Jaurán. 17 Así el límite norte se extenderá desde el mar Mediterráneo hasta Jazar Enán. Al norte quedarán los territorios de Jamat y Jaurán.
18 Por el oriente, la frontera entre la tierra de Israel y Jaurán, Damasco y Galaad será el río Jordán hasta la ciudad de Tamar, que está junto al mar Muerto; esta será la frontera oriental.
19 Por el sur, la frontera irá desde Tamar hasta el oasis de Meribá Cades, en dirección del torrente de Egipto hasta el mar Mediterráneo. Esta será la frontera sur.
20 Por el occidente, la frontera será el mar Mediterráneo, desde el límite sur hasta la costa que está a la altura de Lebó Jamat.[b] Esta será la frontera occidental.
21 »Ustedes deberán repartirse esta tierra entre las doce tribus de Israel. 22 La sortearán como herencia entre ustedes y entre los extranjeros que habiten entre ustedes y hayan tenido hijos, a los cuales deberán considerar israelitas por nacimiento. Por tanto, estos extranjeros recibirán una herencia con ustedes entre las tribus de Israel. 23 Y en la tribu donde esté residiendo el extranjero, allí le darán su herencia», afirma el Señor y Dios.
