Новое имя Иерусалима
62 Ради Сиона не буду молчать,
ради Иерусалима не успокоюсь,
пока его праведность не воссияет, как заря,
и его спасение – как факел пылающий.
2 Народы увидят твою праведность,
и все цари – твою славу.
Ты назовёшься новым именем,
которое нарекут уста Вечного.
3 Ты будешь венком славы в руке Вечного,
царским венцом в руке твоего Бога.
4 Не будут уже называть тебя «Брошенной»,
и землю твою называть «Разорённой»,
но будешь названа «Моя отрада»,
а земля твоя – «Моя невеста»,
потому что ты будешь отрадой Вечному,
и земля твоя будет замужней.
5 Как юноша женится на девушке,
так обитатели твои женятся на тебе;
как радуется о невесте жених,
так твой Бог будет радоваться о тебе.
6 – Я поставил стражей[a] на стенах твоих, Иерусалим;
не умолкнут они ни днём ни ночью.
О вы, напоминающие Вечному,
не переставайте!
7 И не давайте Ему покоя,
пока не упрочит Он Иерусалим,
пока не прославит его по всей земле.
8 Поклялся Вечный правой рукой,
рукой Своей могучей:
– Впредь не отдам твоё зерно
в пищу твоим врагам,
и чужеземцы больше не будут пить твоё вино,
над которым ты трудился;
9 но те, кто жнут, будут есть
и Вечного славить,
и те, кто собирает виноград, будут пить вино
во дворах Моего святилища.
10 Проходите, проходите через ворота!
Готовьте народу путь!
Прокладывайте, прокладывайте путь!
Уберите камни!
Поднимите народам знамя!
11 Вечный объявил
до края земли:
– Скажите дочери Сиона[b]:
«Вот идёт твой Спаситель!
Вот, награда Его с Ним,
и воздаяние Его перед Ним!»
12 Твои жители назовутся Святым Народом
и Искупленными Вечного,
а тебя назовут Взысканным,
Неоставленным Городом.

Flehen um das Heil für Jerusalem
62 Um Zions willen schweige ich nicht, und um Jerusalems willen lasse ich nicht ab, bis seine Gerechtigkeit hervorbricht wie Lichtglanz und sein Heil wie eine brennende Fackel.
2 Und die Heiden werden deine Gerechtigkeit sehen und alle Könige deine Herrlichkeit; und du wirst mit einem neuen Namen genannt werden, den der Mund des Herrn bestimmen wird.
3 Und du wirst eine Ehrenkrone in der Hand des Herrn sein und ein königliches Diadem in der Hand deines Gottes.
4 Man wird dich nicht mehr »Verlassene« nennen und dein Land nicht mehr als »Wüste« bezeichnen, sondern man wird dich nennen »Meine Lust an ihr« und dein Land »Vermählte«; denn der Herr wird Lust an dir haben, und dein Land wird wieder vermählt sein.
5 Denn wie ein junger Mann sich mit einer Jungfrau vermählt, so werden deine Söhne sich mit dir vermählen[a]; und wie sich ein Bräutigam an seiner Braut freut, so wird dein Gott sich an dir freuen.
6 O Jerusalem, ich habe Wächter auf deine Mauern gestellt, die den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht nicht einen Augenblick schweigen sollen. Die ihr den Herrn erinnern sollt, gönnt euch keine Ruhe!
7 Und lasst ihm keine Ruhe, bis er Jerusalem [wieder] aufrichtet, und bis er es zum Ruhm auf Erden setzt!
8 Der Herr hat geschworen bei seiner Rechten und bei seinem starken Arm: Ich will dein Korn in Zukunft nicht mehr deinen Feinden zur Speise geben, und die Fremdlinge sollen nicht mehr deinen Most trinken, um den du dich abgemüht hast;
9 sondern die es einsammeln, die sollen es essen und den Herrn preisen; und die ihn einbringen, die sollen ihn trinken in den Vorhöfen meines Heiligtums.
10 Geht hin, geht hin durch die Tore! Bereitet dem Volk den Weg; macht Bahn, macht Bahn! Räumt die Steine weg! Hebt das Banner hoch empor über die Völker!
11 Siehe, der Herr lässt verkündigen bis ans Ende der Erde: Sagt der Tochter Zion: Siehe, dein Heil kommt! Siehe, sein Lohn ist bei ihm, und was er sich erworben hat, geht vor ihm her!
12 Und man wird sie nennen »Das heilige Volk, die Erlösten des Herrn«; und dich wird man nennen »Die Stadt, nach der man fragt und die nicht [mehr] verlassen wird«.

Zion’s New Name
62 For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent,(A)
for Jerusalem’s sake I will not remain quiet,
till her vindication(B) shines out like the dawn,(C)
her salvation(D) like a blazing torch.
2 The nations(E) will see your vindication,
and all kings your glory;
you will be called by a new name(F)
that the mouth of the Lord will bestow.
3 You will be a crown(G) of splendor in the Lord’s hand,
a royal diadem in the hand of your God.
4 No longer will they call you Deserted,(H)
or name your land Desolate.(I)
But you will be called Hephzibah,[a](J)
and your land Beulah[b];
for the Lord will take delight(K) in you,
and your land will be married.(L)
5 As a young man marries a young woman,
so will your Builder marry you;
as a bridegroom(M) rejoices over his bride,
so will your God rejoice(N) over you.
6 I have posted watchmen(O) on your walls, Jerusalem;
they will never be silent day or night.
You who call on the Lord,
give yourselves no rest,(P)
7 and give him no rest(Q) till he establishes Jerusalem
and makes her the praise(R) of the earth.
8 The Lord has sworn(S) by his right hand
and by his mighty arm:
“Never again will I give your grain(T)
as food for your enemies,
and never again will foreigners drink the new wine
for which you have toiled;
9 but those who harvest it will eat(U) it
and praise the Lord,(V)
and those who gather the grapes will drink it
in the courts of my sanctuary.”(W)
10 Pass through, pass through the gates!(X)
Prepare the way for the people.
Build up, build up the highway!(Y)
Remove the stones.
Raise a banner(Z) for the nations.
11 The Lord has made proclamation
to the ends of the earth:(AA)
“Say to Daughter Zion,(AB)
‘See, your Savior comes!(AC)
See, his reward is with him,
and his recompense accompanies him.’”(AD)
12 They will be called(AE) the Holy People,(AF)
the Redeemed(AG) of the Lord;
and you will be called Sought After,
the City No Longer Deserted.(AH)

62 For Zion’s sake I will not [a]hold My peace,
And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest,
Until her righteousness goes forth as brightness,
And her salvation as a lamp that burns.
2 (A)The Gentiles shall see your righteousness,
And all (B)kings your glory.
(C)You shall be called by a new name,
Which the mouth of the Lord will name.
3 You shall also be (D)a crown of glory
In the hand of the Lord,
And a royal diadem
In the hand of your God.
4 (E)You shall no longer be termed (F)Forsaken,[b]
Nor shall your land any more be termed (G)Desolate;[c]
But you shall be called [d]Hephzibah, and your land [e]Beulah;
For the Lord delights in you,
And your land shall be married.
5 For as a young man marries a virgin,
So shall your sons marry you;
And as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride,
(H)So shall your God rejoice over you.

They shall [f]never hold their peace day or night.
You who [g]make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent,
7 And give Him no rest till He establishes
And till He makes Jerusalem (J)a praise in the earth.
8 The Lord has sworn by His right hand
And by the arm of His strength:
“Surely I will no longer (K)give your grain
As food for your enemies;
And the sons of the foreigner shall not drink your new wine,
For which you have labored.
9 But those who have gathered it shall eat it,
And praise the Lord;
Those who have brought it together shall drink it (L)in My holy courts.”
10 Go through,
Go through the gates!
(M)Prepare the way for the people;
Build up,
Build up the highway!
Take out the stones,
(N)Lift up a banner for the peoples!
11 Indeed the Lord has proclaimed
To the end of the world:
(O)“Say to the daughter of Zion,
‘Surely your salvation is coming;
Behold, His (P)reward is with Him,
And His [h]work before Him.’ ”
12 And they shall call them The Holy People,
The Redeemed of the Lord;
And you shall be called Sought Out,
A City Not Forsaken.
