60 Восстань, светись, [Иерусалим], ибо пришел свет твой, и слава Господня взошла над тобою.
2 Ибо вот, тьма покроет землю, и мрак--народы; а над тобою воссияет Господь, и слава Его явится над тобою.
3 И придут народы к свету твоему, и цари--к восходящему над тобою сиянию.
4 Возведи очи твои и посмотри вокруг: все они собираются, идут к тебе; сыновья твои издалека идут и дочерей твоих на руках несут.
5 Тогда увидишь, и возрадуешься, и затрепещет и расширится сердце твое, потому что богатство моря обратится к тебе, достояние народов придет к тебе.
6 Множество верблюдов покроет тебя--дромадеры из Мадиама и Ефы; все они из Савы придут, принесут золото и ладан и возвестят славу Господа.
7 Все овцы Кидарские будут собраны к тебе; овны Неваиофские послужат тебе: взойдут на алтарь Мой жертвою благоугодною, и Я прославлю дом славы Моей.
8 Кто это летят, как облака, и как голуби--к голубятням своим?
9 Так, Меня ждут острова и впереди их--корабли Фарсисские, чтобы перевезти сынов твоих издалека и с ними серебро их и золото их, во имя Господа Бога твоего и Святаго Израилева, потому что Он прославил тебя.
10 Тогда сыновья иноземцев будут строить стены твои, и цари их--служить тебе; ибо во гневе Моем Я поражал тебя, но в благоволении Моем буду милостив к тебе.
11 И будут всегда отверсты врата твои, не будут затворяться ни днем ни ночью, чтобы приносимо было к тебе достояние народов и приводимы были цари их.
12 Ибо народ и царства, которые не захотят служить тебе, --погибнут, и такие народы совершенно истребятся.
13 Слава Ливана придет к тебе, кипарис и певг и вместе кедр, чтобы украсить место святилища Моего, и Я прославлю подножие ног Моих.
14 И придут к тебе с покорностью сыновья угнетавших тебя, и падут к стопам ног твоих все, презиравшие тебя, и назовут тебя городом Господа, Сионом Святаго Израилева.
15 Вместо того, что ты был оставлен и ненавидим, так что никто не проходил чрез [тебя], Я соделаю тебя величием навеки, радостью в роды родов.
16 Ты будешь насыщаться молоком народов, и груди царские сосать будешь, и узнаешь, что Я Господь--Спаситель твой и Искупитель твой, Сильный Иаковлев.
17 Вместо меди буду доставлять тебе золото, и вместо железа серебро, и вместо дерева медь, и вместо камней железо; и поставлю правителем твоим мир и надзирателями твоими--правду.
18 Не слышно будет более насилия в земле твоей, опустошения и разорения--в пределах твоих; и будешь называть стены твои спасением и ворота твои--славою.
19 Не будет уже солнце служить тебе светом дневным, и сияние луны--светить тебе; но Господь будет тебе вечным светом, и Бог твой--славою твоею.
20 Не зайдет уже солнце твое, и луна твоя не сокроется, ибо Господь будет для тебя вечным светом, и окончатся дни сетования твоего.
21 И народ твой весь будет праведный, на веки наследует землю, --отрасль насаждения Моего, дело рук Моих, к прославлению Моему.
22 От малого произойдет тысяча, и от самого слабого--сильный народ. Я, Господь, ускорю совершить это в свое время.

60 – Встань, Иерусалим, воссияй, так как свет твой пришёл,
и слава Вечного уже восходит над тобою.
2 Вот, мрак покроет землю,
и тьма – народы,
но над тобою взойдёт Вечный,
и слава Его явится над тобою.
3 Народы придут к твоему свету,
и цари – к сиянию твоей зари.
4 Подними взгляд и оглянись вокруг:
все они собираются и идут к тебе;
твои сыновья придут издалека,
твоих дочерей будут нести к тебе на руках.
5 Тогда ты посмотришь и воссияешь;
твоё сердце будет трепетать и ликовать.
Сокровища моря к тебе принесут,
к тебе придут богатства народов.[a]
6 Караваны верблюдов покроют землю твою,
караваны молодых верблюдов из Мадиана и Ефы[b].
И все из Шевы[c] придут,
принесут золото и благовония
и возвестят славу Вечного.
7 К тебе соберут все стада Кедара,
послужат тебе овны Навайота[d]:
они будут приятной жертвой на жертвеннике Моём,
и прославлю Я прекрасный храм Мой.
8 Кто они, летящие, как облака,
как голуби в свои гнёзда?
9 Ждут Меня острова;
первыми плывут фарсисские корабли,
везущие издали твоих сыновей
вместе с их серебром и золотом
во славу Вечного, твоего Бога,
святого Бога Исраила,
потому что Он прославил тебя.
10 Чужеземцы отстроят твои стены,
и цари их будут тебе служить.
Хотя Я в гневе тебя поразил,
но в благоволении Моём Я помилую тебя.
11 Ворота твои будут всегда открыты,
закрываться не будут ни днём ни ночью,
чтобы народы могли приносить тебе свои богатства,
и царей их как пленников вели бы в шествии.
12 Потому что погибнет народ или царство,
что не станет тебе служить;
до конца истребятся такие народы.
13 Слава Ливана придёт к тебе –
кипарис, чинара и сосна,
чтобы украсить Моё святилище –
Моё подножие, которое Я прославлю.[e]
14 Сыновья твоих притеснителей придут к тебе на поклон;
все, презиравшие тебя, поклонятся тебе в ноги.
И Я назову тебя Городом Вечного,
Сионом святого Бога Исраила.
15 Пусть был ты покинут и ненавидим,
и никто через тебя не проходил, –
Я навеки тебя возвеличу,
сделаю радостью для всех поколений.
16 Будешь ты пить молоко народов
и царственной грудью будешь вскормлен.
Тогда ты узнаешь, что Я, Вечный, – твой Спаситель,
твой Искупитель, могучий Бог Якуба.
17 Вместо дерева Я доставлю тебе бронзу,
а вместо бронзы – золото,
вместо камней – железо,
а вместо железа – серебро.
Твоим надсмотрщиком Я сделаю мир
и твоим надзирателем – праведность.
18 Насилия больше не будет слышно в твоей земле,
ни гибели, ни разорения – в твоих пределах.
Ты назовёшь свои стены Спасением
и ворота свои – Хвалой.
19 Солнце уже не будет твоим светом дневным,
и луна не будет светить тебе,
потому что Вечный будет твоим светом навсегда,
твой Бог будет славой твоей.
20 Солнце твоё уже не закатится,
и луна твоя больше не будет ущербной:
Вечный будет твоим светом навсегда,
и кончатся дни твоей скорби.
21 Тогда все в народе твоём будут праведниками
и овладеют землёй навеки.
Они – побег, который Я посадил,
дело рук Моих,
чтобы явить славу Мою.
22 Меньший из них станет тысячью,
младший – могучим народом.
Когда наступит время,
Я, Вечный, быстро совершу это.

King James Version
60 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.
2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
4 Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side.
5 Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.
6 The multitude of camels shall cover thee, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all they from Sheba shall come: they shall bring gold and incense; and they shall shew forth the praises of the Lord.
7 All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto thee: they shall come up with acceptance on mine altar, and I will glorify the house of my glory.
8 Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows?
9 Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the Lord thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee.
10 And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had mercy on thee.
11 Therefore thy gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto thee the forces of the Gentiles, and that their kings may be brought.
12 For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.
13 The glory of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious.
14 The sons also of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee; The city of the Lord, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
15 Whereas thou has been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.
16 Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.
17 For brass I will bring gold, and for iron I will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron: I will also make thy officers peace, and thine exactors righteousness.
18 Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.
19 The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the Lord shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.
20 Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the Lord shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.
21 Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.
22 A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time.

60 Arise, shine, for your light has come,(A)
and the glory of the Lord shines over you.[a](B)
2 For look, darkness will cover the earth,
and total darkness the peoples;
but the Lord will shine over you,
and his glory will appear over you.
3 Nations will come to your light,
and kings to your shining brightness.(C)
4 Raise your eyes and look round:
they all gather and come to you;
your sons will come from far away,
and your daughters on the hips of nursing mothers.(D)
5 Then you will see and be radiant,(E)
and your heart will tremble and rejoice,[b]
because the riches of the sea will become yours
and the wealth of the nations will come to you.(F)
6 Caravans of camels will cover your land[c] –
young camels of Midian and Ephah –
all of them will come from Sheba.(G)
They will carry gold and frankincense(H)
and proclaim the praises of the Lord.
7 All the flocks of Kedar will be gathered to you;
the rams of Nebaioth will serve you(I)
and go up on my altar as an acceptable sacrifice.(J)
I will glorify my beautiful house.(K)
8 Who are these who fly like a cloud,
like doves to their shelters?(L)
9 Yes, the coasts and islands will wait for me(M)
with the ships of Tarshish in the lead,(N)
to bring your children from far away,(O)
their silver and gold with them,
for the honour of the Lord your God,
the Holy One of Israel,(P)
who has glorified you.(Q)
10 Foreigners will rebuild your walls,(R)
and their kings will serve you.(S)
Although I struck you in my wrath,
yet I will show mercy to you with my favour.(T)
11 Your city gates will always be open;
they will never be shut day or night
so that the wealth of the nations
may be brought into you,(U)
with their kings being led in procession.
12 For the nation and the kingdom
that will not serve you will perish;
those nations will be annihilated.(V)
13 The glory of Lebanon will come to you(W) –
its pine, elm, and cypress together(X) –
to beautify the place of my sanctuary,
and I will glorify my dwelling place.[d]
14 The sons of your oppressors
will come and bow down to you;(Y)
all who reviled you
will fall face down at your feet.(Z)
They will call you the City of the Lord,
Zion of the Holy One of Israel.(AA)
15 Instead of your being deserted and hated,
with no one passing through,(AB)
I will make you an object of eternal pride,(AC)
a joy from age to age.
16 You will nurse on the milk of nations,
and nurse at the breast of kings;(AD)
you will know that I, the Lord, am your Saviour(AE)
and Redeemer,(AF) the Mighty One of Jacob.(AG)
17 I will bring gold instead of bronze;
I will bring silver instead of iron,
bronze instead of wood,
and iron instead of stones.
I will appoint peace as your government
and righteousness as your overseers.

devastation and destruction
will be gone from your borders.
You will call your walls Salvation(AI)
and your city gates Praise.
19 The sun will no longer be your light by day,
and the brightness of the moon will not shine on you.

20 Your sun will no longer set,
and your moon will not fade;
