30 Вот слово, которое было к Иеремии от Господа:
2 – Так говорит Господь, Бог Израиля: Запиши все слова, которые Я говорил тебе, в свиток. 3 Наступят дни, – возвещает Господь, – когда Я восстановлю Мой народ, Израиль и Иудею, и приведу их в землю, которую отдал во владение их отцам, – говорит Господь.
4 Вот слова, которые Господь произнес об Израиле и Иудее. 5 Так говорит Господь:
– Крики ужаса слышим мы,
крики страха – нет мира.
6 Расспросите и подумайте:
разве может мужчина рожать детей?
Почему же Я вижу сильных мужчин
с руками, прижатыми к животу,
как у женщины в родах,
и лица у всех смертельно бледны?
7 Как страшен будет тот день!
Не было подобного ему.
Это будет время бедствий для Иакова,
но он из него спасется.
8 В тот день, – возвещает Господь Сил, –
Я разобью ярмо, которое у них на шее,
и разорву их оковы;
чужеземцы больше не будут их порабощать.
9 Нет, они будут служить Господу, своему Богу,
и Давиду, своему царю,
которого Я им воскрешу[a].
10 Итак, не бойся, слуга Мой Иаков;
не пугайся, Израиль, –
возвещает Господь. –
Я спасу тебя из далекого края,
твое потомство – из земли его плена[b].
Иаков вернется к спокойной и мирной жизни,
и никто не будет его устрашать.
11 Я с тобою, и Я спасу тебя, –
возвещает Господь. –
Я истреблю все народы,
среди которых рассеял тебя,
а тебя не истреблю.
Я накажу тебя по справедливости,
но безнаказанным не оставлю тебя.
12 Так говорит Господь:
– Твоя рана неисцелима,
твое увечье жестоко.
13 Нет у тебя ходатая,
нет для твоей раны лекарств,
нет исцеления тебе.
14 Позабыли тебя все союзники,
не думают о тебе.
Я поразил тебя, как поразил бы недруг,
и наказывал, точно лютый враг,
за тяжесть твоей вины
и за множество грехов.
15 Что ты кричишь о своей ране,
о неисцелимом увечье?
За тяжесть твоей вины,
и за множество грехов
Я поступил так с тобой.
16 Но будут уничтожены все,
кто тебя уничтожает;
все твои неприятели будут уведены в плен.
Будут разорены все, кто тебя разоряет;
будут ограблены все, кто тебя грабит.
17 А Я дам тебе исцеление,
и залечу твои раны, –
возвещает Господь, –
потому что тебя назвали отверженным:
«Вот Сион, о котором никто не заботится».
18 Так говорит Господь:
– Я восстановлю шатры Иакова
и пожалею его жилища;
поднимется город из руин,
и дворец будет возобновлен.
19 Зазвучат там песни благодарности
и голоса веселящихся.
Я умножу их число,
они не будут редеть;
Я их прославлю,
они не канут в безвестность.
20 Их сыновья будут как прежде,
их общество утвердится предо Мной.
Я накажу всех, кто их притесняет.
21 Их вождь будет одним из них,
их правитель выйдет из их среды.
Я приближу его,
и он приблизится ко Мне;
разве кто-нибудь посмеет
приблизиться ко Мне самовольно? –
возвещает Господь. –
22 И вы будете Моим народом,
а Я буду вашим Богом.
23 Вот, буря Господня разразится яростью,
сильный смерч закружится
над головами нечестивых!
24 Пылающий гнев Господа не утихнет,
пока не исполнит, пока не осуществит
замыслов Его сердца.

Restoration from Captivity
30 This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord. 2 This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: “Write down on a scroll all the words that I have spoken to you,(A) 3 for the days are certainly coming”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“when I will restore the fortunes[a] of My people Israel and Judah”(B)—the Lord’s declaration. “I will restore them to the land I gave to their ancestors and they will possess it.”
4 These are the words the Lord spoke to Israel and Judah. 5 Yes, this is what the Lord says:
We have heard a cry of terror,
of dread—there is no peace.
6 Ask and see
whether a male can give birth.
Why then do I see every man
with his hands on his stomach like a woman in labor
and every face turned pale?
7 How awful that day will be!(C)
There will be none like it!(D)
It will be a time of trouble for Jacob,
but he will be delivered out of it.
8 “On that day”—this is the declaration of the Lord of Hosts—“I will break his yoke from your neck(E) and tear off your chains(F) so strangers will never again enslave him.(G) 9 They will serve the Lord their God and I will raise up David their king for them.”(H)
10 As for you, My servant Jacob,(I)
do not be afraid—
this is the Lord’s declaration—
and do not be dismayed, Israel,
for without fail I will save you from far away,
your descendants, from the land of their captivity!
Jacob will return and have calm and quiet
with no one to frighten him.(J)
11 For I will be with you—
this is the Lord’s declaration—
to save you!(K)
I will bring destruction on all the nations
where I have scattered you;
however, I will not bring destruction on you.
I will discipline you justly,
and I will by no means leave you unpunished.(L)
Healing Zion’s Wounds
12 For this is what the Lord says:
Your injury is incurable;
your wound most severe.(M)
13 No one takes up the case for your sores.(N)
There is no healing for you.
14 All your lovers have forgotten you;
they no longer look for you,
for I have struck you as an enemy would,
with the discipline(O) of someone cruel,(P)
because of your enormous guilt
and your innumerable sins.
15 Why do you cry out about your injury?
Your pain has no cure!
I have done these things to you
because of your enormous guilt
and your innumerable sins.
16 Nevertheless, all who devoured you will be devoured,(Q)
and all your adversaries—all of them—
will go off into exile.
Those who plunder you will be plundered,
and all who raid you will be raided.
17 But I will bring you health(R)
and will heal you of your wounds—
this is the Lord’s declaration—
for they call you Outcast,
Zion whom no one cares about.
Restoration of the Land
18 This is what the Lord says:
I will certainly restore the fortunes[b] of Jacob’s tents(S)
and show compassion on his dwellings.
Every city will be rebuilt on its mound;
every citadel will stand on its proper site.
19 Thanksgiving will come out of them,
a sound of celebration.
I will multiply them, and they will not decrease;(T)
I will honor them, and they will not be insignificant.
20 His children will be as in past days;
his congregation will be established in My presence.
I will punish all his oppressors.(U)
21 Jacob’s leader will be one of them;
his ruler will issue from him.
I will invite him to Me, and he will approach Me,(V)
for who would otherwise risk his life to approach Me?
This is the Lord’s declaration.
22 You will be My people,
and I will be your God.(W)
The Wrath of God
23 Look, a storm from the Lord!(X)
Wrath has gone out,
a churning storm.
It will whirl about the heads of the wicked.
24 The Lord’s burning anger will not turn back
until He has completely fulfilled the purposes of His heart.
In time to come you will understand it.(Y)
