30 Te ensalzaré, oh Jehová, porque me has puesto a salvo,
Y no permitiste que mis enemigos se alegraran a costa mía.
2 Jehová Dios mío,
A ti clamé, y me sanaste.
3 Oh Jehová, hiciste subir mi alma del Seol;
Me hiciste revivir de entre los que descienden a la sepultura.
4 Cantad a Jehová, vosotros sus santos,
Y celebrad la memoria de su santidad.
5 Porque de un momento es su ira,
Pero su favor dura toda la vida.
Por la noche nos visita el llanto,
Pero a la mañana viene la alegría.
6 En mi prosperidad dije yo:
No seré jamás zarandeado,
7 Porque tú, Jehová, con tu favor me afianzaste como monte fuerte.
Pero escondiste tu rostro y quedé desconcertado.
8 A ti, oh Jehová, clamé,
Y al Señor supliqué.
9 ¿Qué provecho sacas de mi muerte cuando descienda a la sepultura?
¿Te alabará el polvo? ¿Anunciará tu verdad?
10 Escucha, oh Jehová, y ten misericordia de mí;
Jehová, sé tú mi auxilio.
11 Has cambiado mi lamento en una danza;
Desataste mi sayal, y me ceñiste de alegría.
12 A fin de que mi alma te cante y no esté callada.
Jehová Dios mío, te alabaré por siempre.

1 I will exalt(A) you, Lord,
for you lifted me out of the depths(B)
and did not let my enemies gloat over me.(C)
2 Lord my God, I called to you for help,(D)
and you healed me.(E)
3 You, Lord, brought me up from the realm of the dead;(F)
you spared me from going down to the pit.(G)
4 Sing(H) the praises of the Lord, you his faithful people;(I)
praise his holy name.(J)
5 For his anger(K) lasts only a moment,(L)
but his favor lasts a lifetime;(M)
weeping(N) may stay for the night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning.(O)
6 When I felt secure, I said,
“I will never be shaken.”(P)
7 Lord, when you favored me,
you made my royal mountain[c] stand firm;
but when you hid your face,(Q)
I was dismayed.
