Barnabas and Saul Appointed

²⁵ And ^(A)Barnabas and Saul returned ^[a]from Jerusalem when they had ^(B)fulfilled their ministry, and they also ^(C)took with them ^(D)John whose surname was Mark.

⁴⁶ Then Paul and Barnabas grew bold and said, ^(A)“It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken to you first; but ^(B)since you reject it, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, behold, ^(C)we turn to the Gentiles.

³⁷ Now Barnabas ^[a]was determined to take with them ^(A)John called Mark.
