Deuteronomy 9:21-23

New International Version

²¹Also I took that sinful thing of yours, the calf you had made, and burned it in the fire. Then I crushed it and ground it to powder as fine as dust^(A) and threw the dust into a stream that flowed down the mountain.^(B)

²²You also made the Lord angry^(C) at Taberah,^(D) at Massah^(E) and at Kibroth Hattaavah.^(F)

²³And when the Lord sent you out from Kadesh Barnea,^(G) he said, “Go up and take possession^(H) of the land I have given you.” But you rebelled^(I) against the command of the Lord your God. You did not trust^(J) him or obey him.

²²“Also at ^(B)Taberah and ^(C)Massah and ^(D)Kibroth Hattaavah you ^[a]provoked the Lord to wrath. ²³Likewise, ^(E)when the Lord sent you from Kadesh Barnea, saying, ‘Go up and possess the land which I have given you,’ then you rebelled against the commandment of the Lord your God, and ^(F)you did not believe Him nor obey His voice.
