Genesis 10:23-25

New International Version

²³The sons of Aram:

Uz,^(A) Hul, Gether and Meshek.^[a]

²⁴Arphaxad was the father of^[b] Shelah,

and Shelah the father of Eber.^(B)

²⁵Two sons were born to Eber:

One was named Peleg,^[c] because in his time the earth was divided; his brother was named Joktan.

²⁴And Arphaxad begat Salah; and Salah begat Eber.

²⁵And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.
