3 Này, Chúa, Chúa các đạo quân, sẽ cất khỏi Giê-ru-sa-lem và Giu-đa nguồn cung cấp và gậy nương dựa,
Mọi nguồn cung cấp bánh,
Và mọi nguồn cung cấp nước,
2 Dũng sĩ, chiến sĩ,
Thủ lãnh, tiên tri,
Người thông thái, bậc trưởng thượng,
3 Sĩ quan cấp nhỏ,[a] quan chức cấp cao,[b]
Mưu sĩ, chuyên viên,
Và thương thuyết gia.
4 “Bấy giờ Ta sẽ để những đứa trẻ lên cầm quyền,
Ðể đám con nít sẽ cai trị họ.
5 Dân chúng sẽ bị đàn áp;
Người nọ hiếp đáp người kia;
Ai cũng bị kẻ lân cận mình bức hiếp;
Con nít vô lễ với người già cả;
Ðứa vô lại hỗn láo với người quyền quý.”
6 Khi ấy sẽ có người nắm lấy áo của anh em mình, tức người trong nhà cha mình, và nói,
“Anh có áo choàng,
Vì thế xin anh lãnh đạo chúng tôi;
Và cái đống hoang tàn này sẽ ở dưới quyền chỉ huy của anh.”
7 Nhưng trong ngày ấy người kia sẽ đáp,
“Không, tôi không muốn làm thầy chữa bịnh;
Trong nhà tôi không có bánh và tôi không có áo choàng;
Xin đừng lập tôi làm người lãnh đạo.”
8 Giê-ru-sa-lem đã nghiêng ngã và Giu-đa đã sụp đổ,
Bởi vì lời nói và hành động của họ đã chống nghịch Chúa;
Họ đã nổi loạn chống lại Ngài trước thánh nhan vinh hiển của Ngài.
9 Vẻ mặt họ đã làm chứng nghịch lại họ;
Họ phô trương tội lỗi mình giống như Sô-đôm ngày xưa;
Họ chẳng giấu giếm gì cả.
Khốn cho họ!
Vì chính họ đã mang tai họa đến cho mình.
10 “Hãy nói với người ngay lành,
‘Bạn thật có phước!’
Vì họ sẽ hưởng hoa lợi do họ làm ra.
11 Khốn cho kẻ gian ác!
Chúng sẽ không tránh khỏi bị tai họa,
Vì tay chúng đã làm gì thì chúng phải chuốc lấy điều ấy.
12 Dân Ta bị con nít hà hiếp và bị đàn bà cai trị.
Ôi dân Ta, những kẻ lãnh đạo ngươi đã dẫn ngươi đi lạc;
Những đường lối của ngươi đã bị chúng làm rối loạn cả rồi.”
Làm Giàu Bằng Áp Bức Sẽ Bị Phạt
13 Chúa trỗi dậy và buộc tội;[c]
Ngài đứng dậy xét xử các dân.
14 Chúa tuyên án các trưởng lão và các quan quyền của dân Ngài,
“Chính các ngươi là những kẻ đã ăn nuốt vườn nho của Ta;
Của cải người nghèo các ngươi đã cướp đoạt hiện ở trong nhà các ngươi.
15 Các ngươi muốn gì mà chà nát dân Ta,
Và nghiền nát mặt mày của người nghèo như thế?”
Chúa, Chúa các đạo quân, phán.
16 Chúa phán, “Vì các thiếu nữ của Si-ôn rất kiêu kỳ;
Chúng ngẩng cổ bước đi cách kênh kiệu,
Mắt ngang bướng liếc nhìn,
Vừa đi vừa nhún nhảy,
Khua kiềng đeo chân loảng xoảng.
17 Nên Chúa sẽ làm cho các thiếu nữ của Si-ôn bị ghẻ chốc đóng vảy đầy đầu;
Chúa sẽ để cho chúng bị lõa lồ hổ ngươi.”
18 Trong ngày ấy, Chúa sẽ cất đi những vòng đeo ở mắt cá, băng cột tóc, vật trang sức hình lưỡi liềm, 19 hoa tai, xuyến đeo tay, khăn quàng cổ, 20 mũ, dây chuyền mắt cá, nịt lưng, lọ nước hoa, hộp phấn son, 21 nhẫn, vòng đeo mũi, 22 áo dự lễ, áo khoác, áo choàng, xách tay, 23 gương tay, áo quần đắt giá,[d] khăn trùm tóc, và màn che mặt.
24 Thay vì mùi nước hoa thơm sẽ là mùi hôi hám,
Thay vì đai thắt lưng sẽ là sợi dây thừng,
Thay vì mái tóc đẹp sẽ là đầu cạo trọc,
Thay vì y phục sang sẽ là mảnh vải xoàng,
Thay vì xinh đẹp sẽ là xấu hổ.[e]
25 Ðàn ông của ngươi sẽ ngã chết dưới lưỡi gươm;
Các dũng sĩ của ngươi sẽ bỏ thây trong chiến trận.
26 Nơi các cổng thành của nàng sẽ có tiếng than khóc và rên la;
Nàng sẽ ngồi bệt xuống đất và một mình trơ trụi.

Judgment on Judah and Jerusalem
3 For behold, the (A)Lord God of hosts
is taking away from Jerusalem and from Judah
support and supply,[a]
all (B)support of bread,
and all support of water;
2 (C)the mighty man and the soldier,
the judge and the prophet,
the diviner and the elder,
3 the captain of fifty
and the man of rank,
the counselor and the skillful magician
and the expert in charms.
4 (D)And I will make boys their princes,
and infants[b] shall rule over them.
5 (E)And the people will oppress one another,
every one his fellow
and every one his neighbor;
the youth will be insolent to the elder,
and the despised to the honorable.
6 For (F)a man will take hold of his brother
in the house of his father, saying:
“You have a cloak;
you shall be our leader,
and this heap of ruins
shall be under your rule”;
7 in that day he will speak out, saying:
“I will not be a (G)healer;[c]
in my house there is neither bread nor cloak;
you shall not make me
leader of the people.”
8 For Jerusalem has stumbled,
and Judah has fallen,
because their (H)speech and their deeds are against the Lord,
(I)defying his glorious presence.[d]
9 For the look on their faces bears witness against them;
they proclaim their sin (J)like Sodom;
they do not hide it.
Woe to them!
(K)For they have brought evil on themselves.
10 (L)Tell the righteous that it shall be well with them,
(M)for they shall eat the fruit of their deeds.
11 (N)Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him,
for what his hands have dealt out shall be done to him.
12 My people—(O)infants are their oppressors,
and women rule over them.
O my people, (P)your guides mislead you
and they have swallowed up[e] the course of your paths.
13 The Lord (Q)has taken his place to contend;
he stands to judge peoples.
14 The Lord will enter into judgment
with the (R)elders and princes of his people:
“It is you who (S)have devoured[f] the vineyard,
(T)the spoil of the poor is in your houses.
15 What do you mean by (U)crushing my people,
by grinding the face of the poor?”
declares the Lord God of hosts.
16 The Lord said:
(V)Because (W)the daughters of Zion are haughty
and walk with outstretched necks,
glancing wantonly with their eyes,
mincing along as they go,
(X)tinkling with their feet,
17 therefore the Lord (Y)will strike with a scab
the heads of (Z)the daughters of Zion,
and the Lord will lay bare their secret parts.
18 In that day the Lord will take away (AA)the finery of the anklets, the (AB)headbands, and the (AC)crescents; 19 the pendants, the bracelets, and the scarves; 20 the (AD)headdresses, the armlets, the sashes, the perfume boxes, and the amulets; 21 the signet rings and (AE)nose rings; 22 the (AF)festal robes, the mantles, the cloaks, and the handbags; 23 the mirrors, the linen garments, the turbans, and the veils.
24 Instead of (AG)perfume there will be rottenness;
and instead of a (AH)belt, a rope;
and instead of (AI)well-set hair, (AJ)baldness;
and instead of a rich robe, a (AK)skirt of sackcloth;
and (AL)branding instead of beauty.
25 Your men shall fall by the sword
and your mighty men in battle.
26 And (AM)her gates shall lament and mourn;
empty, she shall (AN)sit on the ground.

就是所倚靠的粮，所仰赖的水；
2 除掉勇士和战士，
审判官和先知，
占卜的和长老，
3 除掉五十夫长和显要、
谋士和巧匠，
以及擅长法术的人。
4 我必使孩童作他们的领袖，
幼儿管辖他们。
5 百姓要彼此欺压，
各人欺压邻舍；
青年要侮慢老人，
卑贱的要侮慢尊贵的。
6 人在父家拉住自己的兄弟：
“你有外衣，来作我们的官长，
让这些败坏的事归于你的手下吧！”
7 那时，他必扬声说：
“我不作医治你们的人；
我家里没有粮食，也没有衣服，
你们不可立我作百姓的官长。”
8 耶路撒冷败落，
犹大倾倒；
因为他们的舌头和行为与耶和华相悖，
无视于他荣光的眼目。
9 他们的脸色证明自己不正，
他们述说自己像所多玛一样的罪恶，毫不隐瞒。
他们有祸了！因为作恶自害。
10 你们要对义人说，他是有福的，
因为他必吃自己行为所结的果实。
11 恶人有祸了！他必遭灾难！
因为他要按自己手所做的受报应。
12 至于我的百姓，
统治者剥削你们，
放高利贷的人管辖你们[a]。
我的百姓啊，引导你的使你走错，
并毁坏你所行的道路。
耶和华审判他的子民
13 耶和华兴起诉讼，
站着审判万民。
14 耶和华必审问他国中的长老和领袖：
“你们，你们摧毁葡萄园，
抢夺困苦人，囤积在你们家中。
15 你们为何压碎我的百姓，
碾磨困苦人的脸呢？”
这是万军之主耶和华说的。

16 耶和华说：
因为锡安[b]狂傲，
行走挺项，卖弄眼目，
俏步徐行，脚下玎珰，
17 主必使锡安头顶长疮，
耶和华又暴露其下体。
18 到那日，主必除掉华美的足饰、额带、月牙圈、 19 耳环、手镯、面纱、 20 头巾、足链、华带、香盒、符囊、 21 戒指、鼻环、 22 礼服、外套、披肩、皮包、 23 手镜、细麻衣、头饰、纱巾。
24 必有腐烂代替馨香，
绳子代替腰带，
光秃代替美发，
麻衣系腰代替华服，
烙痕代替美貌。
25 你的男丁必倒在刀下，
你的勇士必死在阵上。
26 锡安的城门必悲伤、哀号；
它必荒凉，坐在地上。

Judah’s Leaders Judged
3 Observe this: The Lord God of Hosts
is about to remove from Jerusalem and from Judah
every kind of security:
the entire supply of bread and water,
2 the hero and warrior,(A)
the judge and prophet,
the fortune-teller and elder,
3 the commander of 50 and the dignitary,
the counselor, cunning magician,[a] and necromancer.[b]
4 “I will make youths their leaders,(B)
and the unstable[c] will govern them.”
5 The people will oppress one another,(C)
man against man, neighbor against neighbor;
the youth will act arrogantly toward the elder,
and the worthless toward the honorable.
6 A man will even seize his brother
in his father’s house, saying:
“You have a cloak—you be our leader!
This heap of rubble will be under your control.”
7 On that day he will cry out, saying:
“I’m not a healer.
I don’t even have food or clothing in my house.
Don’t make me the leader of the people!”
8 For Jerusalem has stumbled
and Judah has fallen
because they have spoken and acted against the Lord,(D)
defying His glorious presence.(E)
9 The look on their faces testifies against them,
and like Sodom,(F) they flaunt their sin.
They do not conceal it.
Woe to them,
for they have brought evil on themselves.(G)
10 Tell the righteous that it will go well for them,
for they will eat the fruit of their labor.
11 Woe to the wicked—it will go badly for them,
for what they have done will be done to them.
12 Youths oppress My people,(H)
and women rule over them.
My people, your leaders mislead you;
they confuse the direction of your paths.(I)
13 The Lord rises to argue the case
and stands to judge the people.(J)
14 The Lord brings this charge
against the elders and leaders of His people:(K)
“You have devastated the vineyard.
The plunder from the poor is in your houses.(L)
15 Why do you crush My people
and grind the faces of the poor?”
This is the declaration
of the Lord God of Hosts.
Jerusalem’s Women Judged
16 The Lord also says:
Because the daughters of Zion are haughty,(M)
walking with heads held high
and seductive eyes,
going along with prancing steps,
jingling their ankle bracelets,
17 the Lord will put scabs on the heads
of the daughters of Zion,
and the Lord will shave their foreheads bare.
18 On that day(N) the Lord will strip their finery: ankle bracelets, headbands, crescents,(O) 19 pendants, bracelets, veils, 20 headdresses, ankle jewelry, sashes, perfume bottles, amulets,(P) 21 signet rings, nose rings,(Q) 22 festive robes, capes, cloaks, purses, 23 garments, linen clothes, turbans, and veils.
24 Instead of perfume there will be a stench;
instead of a belt, a rope;
instead of beautifully styled hair,(R) baldness;(S)
instead of fine clothes, sackcloth;(T)
instead of beauty, branding.[d]
25 Your men will fall by the sword,
your warriors in battle.
26 Then her gates(U) will lament and mourn;
deserted, she will sit on the ground.(V)
