22 And see, now (A)I go bound in the spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing the things that will happen to me there, 23 except that (B)the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that chains and tribulations await me. 24 [a]But (C)none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, (D)so that I may finish my [b]race with joy, (E)and the ministry (F)which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

22 “And now, compelled by the Spirit, I am going to Jerusalem,(A) not knowing what will happen to me there. 23 I only know that in every city the Holy Spirit warns me(B) that prison and hardships are facing me.(C) 24 However, I consider my life worth nothing to me;(D) my only aim is to finish the race(E) and complete the task(F) the Lord Jesus has given me(G)—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.(H)
