⁴⁰ And the one who wants to go to court with you and take your tunic, let him have^[a] your outer garment also.

²⁹ To the one who strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also, and from the one who takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic also.

²³ Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his clothing and made four shares—for each soldier a share—and the tunic. (Now the tunic was seamless, woven from the top in a single piece.)^[a]

³⁹ So Peter got up and^[a] accompanied them. When he^[b] arrived, they brought him^[c] up to the upstairs room, and all the widows came to him, weeping and showing him^[d] tunics and other clothing that Dorcas used to make while she^[e] was with them.
