⁴⁰ If anyone wants to sue you and take your ^[a]shirt, let him have your ^[b]coat also.

^29 (A)Whoever hits you on the cheek, offer him the other also; and whoever takes away your ^[a]coat, do not withhold your ^[b]shirt from him either.

²³ Then ^(A)the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took His outer garments and made ^(B)four parts, a part to every soldier and also the ^[a]tunic; now the tunic was seamless, woven ^[b]in one piece.

³⁹ So Peter arose and went with them. When he arrived, they brought him into the ^(A)upper room; and all the ^(B)widows stood beside him, weeping and showing all the ^[a]tunics and garments that Dorcas used to make while she was with them.
