Излекуване на парализиран в Капернаум
2 (A)След няколко дена Той пак влезе в Капернаум и се разчу, че е в една къща. 2 Веднага се събраха толкова хора, че дори пред вратата за тях нямаше място. И Той им възвестяваше Благовестието. 3 Тогава дойдоха при Него с един парализиран, носен от четирима души. 4 Но като не можеха да се приближат до Него поради навалицата, разкриха покрива на къщата, където се намираше Той, направиха отвор и спуснаха носилката, на която лежеше парализираният. 5 Като видя вярата им, Иисус каза на парализирания: „Синко, прощават ти се греховете.“ 6 Там седяха някои от книжниците и размишляваха в сърцата си: 7 (B)„Защо този човек говори така? Това е богохулство! Докато младоженецът е с тях, те не могат да постят, 20 но ще настъпят дни, когато ще им се отнеме младоженецът. И тогава ще постят в онези дни. 21 Никой не кърпи стара дреха с нов плат. Защото новопришитата кръпка ще се отдере от старата дреха и дупката ще стане още по-грозна. 22 Също така никой не налива ново вино в стари мехове. Инак новото вино ще спука меховете, тогава и виното ще изтече, и меховете ще се похабят. Ново вино се налива в нови мехове.“
Съботата е за човека
23 (H)(I)И случи се Той да минава в събота през посевите, а учениците Му пътьом късаха класове. 24 (J)Тогава фарисеите Му казаха: „Гледай какво правят! Curación de un paralítico
2 Habiendo entrado de nuevo en Capernaúm varios días después, se oyó que estaba en casa. 2 Y se reunieron muchos(A), tanto que ya no había lugar ni aun a la puerta; y Él les exponía[a] la palabra. 3 (B)Entonces vinieron* a traerle un paralítico(C) llevado entre cuatro. 4 Y como no pudieron acercarse[b] a Él a causa de la multitud, levantaron el techo encima de donde Él estaba; y cuando habían hecho una abertura, bajaron la camilla(D) en que yacía el paralítico(E). 5 Viendo Jesús la fe de ellos, dijo* al paralítico: Hijo, tus pecados te son perdonados(F). 6 Pero estaban allí sentados algunos de los escribas, los cuales pensaban en sus corazones: 7 ¿Por qué habla este así? Está blasfemando; ¿quién puede perdonar pecados, sino solo Dios[c](G)? 8 Y al instante Jesús, conociendo en[d] su espíritu que pensaban de esa manera dentro de sí mismos, les dijo*: ¿Por qué pensáis estas cosas en vuestros corazones? 9 ¿Qué es más fácil, decir al paralítico(H): «Tus pecados te son perdonados», o decirle: «Levántate, toma tu camilla y anda»? 10 Pues para que sepáis que el Hijo del Hombre tiene autoridad en la tierra para perdonar pecados (dijo* al paralítico): 11 A ti te digo: Levántate, toma tu camilla y vete a tu casa. 12 Y él se levantó, y tomando al instante la camilla, salió a la vista de todos, de manera que todos estaban asombrados, y glorificaban a Dios(I), diciendo: Jamás hemos visto cosa semejante(J).
Llamamiento de Leví y la cena en su casa
13 Y Él salió de nuevo a la orilla del mar, y toda la multitud venía a Él(K), y les enseñaba. 14 (L)Y al pasar, vio a Leví, hijo de Alfeo, sentado en la oficina de los tributos, y le dijo*: Sígueme(M). Y levantándose, le siguió(N).
15 Y sucedió[e] que estando Jesús[f] sentado[g] a la mesa en casa de Leví[h], muchos recaudadores de impuestos[i] y pecadores estaban comiendo[j] con Jesús y sus discípulos; porque había muchos de ellos que le seguían. 16 Al ver los escribas de los fariseos(O) que Él comía con pecadores y recaudadores de impuestos, decían a sus discípulos: ¿Por qué Él come y bebe con recaudadores de impuestos y pecadores(P)? 17 Al oír esto, Jesús les dijo*: Los que están sanos[k] no tienen necesidad de médico, sino los que están enfermos; no he venido a llamar a justos, sino a pecadores(Q).
Pregunta sobre el ayuno
18 (R)Los discípulos de Juan y los fariseos estaban ayunando; y vinieron* y le dijeron*: ¿Por qué ayunan los discípulos de Juan y los discípulos de los fariseos, pero tus discípulos no ayunan? 19 Y Jesús les dijo: ¿Acaso pueden ayunar los acompañantes del novio[l] mientras el novio está con ellos? Mientras tienen al novio con ellos, no pueden ayunar. 20 Pero vendrán días cuando el novio les será quitado, y entonces ayunarán en aquel día(S). 21 Nadie pone un remiendo[m] de tela nueva[n] en un vestido viejo, porque entonces el remiendo[o] al encogerse tira de él, lo nuevo de lo viejo, y se produce una rotura peor. 22 Y nadie echa vino nuevo en odres[p] viejos, porque entonces[q] el vino romperá el odre, y se pierde el vino y también los odres[r]; sino que se echa vino nuevo en odres[s] nuevos.
Jesús, Señor del día de reposo
23 (T)Y aconteció que un día de reposo Jesús[t] pasaba por los sembrados, y sus discípulos, mientras se abrían paso, comenzaron a arrancar espigas(U). 24 Entonces los fariseos le decían: Mira, ¿por qué hacen lo que no es lícito en el día de reposo(V)? 25 Y Él les dijo*: ¿Nunca habéis leído lo que David hizo cuando tuvo necesidad y sintió hambre, él y sus compañeros, 26 cómo entró en la casa de Dios en tiempos de Abiatar, el sumo sacerdote(W), y comió los panes consagrados[u] que no es lícito a nadie comer(X), sino a los sacerdotes, y dio también a los que estaban con él(Y)? 27 Y Él les decía: El día de reposo se hizo[v] para el[w] hombre(Z), y no el hombre para el[x] día de reposo(AA). 28 Por tanto, el Hijo del Hombre es Señor aun del día de reposo.

Jesús sana a un paralítico(A)
2 Unos días después, cuando Jesús entró de nuevo en Capernaúm, corrió la voz de que estaba en casa. 2 Se aglomeraron tantos que ya no quedaba sitio ni siquiera frente a la puerta, mientras él les predicaba. 3 Entonces llegaron cuatro hombres que llevaban un paralítico. 4 Como no podían acercarlo a Jesús por causa de la multitud, quitaron parte del techo encima de donde estaba Jesús y, luego de hacer una abertura, bajaron la camilla en la que estaba acostado el paralítico. 5 Al ver la fe de ellos Jesús dijo al paralítico:
—¡Hijo, tus pecados quedan perdonados!
6 Algunos maestros de la Ley estaban sentados allí y pensaban: 7 «¿Por qué habla este así? ¡Está blasfemando! ¿Quién puede perdonar pecados sino solo Dios?».
8 En ese mismo instante supo Jesús en su espíritu que esto era lo que estaban pensando.
—¿Por qué razonan así? —dijo—. 9 ¿Qué es más fácil, decir al paralítico: “Tus pecados quedan perdonados” o decirle: “Levántate, toma tu camilla y anda”? 10 Pues, para que sepan que el Hijo del hombre tiene autoridad en la tierra para perdonar pecados —se dirigió entonces al paralítico—: 11 A ti te digo, levántate, toma tu camilla y vete a tu casa.
12 Y el hombre se levantó, tomó su camilla enseguida y salió caminando a la vista de todos. Ellos se quedaron asombrados y comenzaron a alabar a Dios.
—Jamás habíamos visto cosa igual —decían.
Llamamiento de Leví(B)
13 De nuevo salió Jesús a la orilla del lago. Toda la gente acudía a él y él les enseñaba. 14 Al pasar vio a Leví, hijo de Alfeo, sentado a la mesa de recaudación de impuestos.
«Sígueme» —dijo Jesús.
Y Leví se levantó y lo siguió.
15 Mientras Jesús estaba a la mesa en casa de Leví, muchos recaudadores de impuestos y pecadores comieron con él y sus discípulos, pues ya eran muchos los que lo seguían. 16 Cuando los maestros de la Ley, que eran fariseos, vieron con quién comía, preguntaron a sus discípulos:
—¿Por qué come con recaudadores de impuestos y con pecadores?
17 Al oír esto, Jesús contestó:
—No son los sanos los que necesitan médico, sino los enfermos. Y yo no he venido a llamar a justos, sino a pecadores.
Le preguntan a Jesús sobre el ayuno(C)
18 Al ver que los discípulos de Juan y los fariseos ayunaban, algunos se acercaron a Jesús y le preguntaron:
—¿Cómo es que los discípulos de Juan y de los fariseos ayunan, pero los tuyos no?
19 Jesús contestó:
—¿Acaso pueden ayunar los invitados del novio mientras él está con ellos? No pueden hacerlo mientras lo tienen con ellos. 20 Pero llegará el día en que se les quitará el novio y ese día sí ayunarán. 21 Nadie remienda un vestido viejo con un retazo de tela nueva. De hacerlo así, el remiendo fruncirá el vestido y la rotura se hará peor. 22 Ni echa nadie vino nuevo en recipientes de cuero viejo. De hacerlo así, el vino hará reventar el cuero y se arruinarán tanto el vino como los recipientes. Más bien, el vino nuevo se echa en recipientes de cuero nuevo.
Señor del sábado(D)(E)
23 Un sábado, al pasar Jesús por los sembrados, sus discípulos comenzaron a arrancar a su paso unas espigas de trigo.
24 —Mira —le preguntaron los fariseos—, ¿por qué hacen ellos lo que está prohibido hacer en día sábado?
25 Él contestó:
—¿Nunca han leído lo que hizo David en aquella ocasión en que él y sus compañeros tuvieron hambre y pasaron necesidad? 26 Entró en la casa de Dios cuando Abiatar era el sumo sacerdote y comió los panes consagrados a Dios, que solo a los sacerdotes les es permitido comer. Y dio también a sus compañeros.
27 »El sábado se hizo para el ser humano y no el ser humano para el sábado —añadió—. 28 Así que el Hijo del hombre es Señor incluso del sábado.

Jesus Forgives and Heals a Paralyzed Man(A)
2 A few days later, when Jesus again entered Capernaum, the people heard that he had come home. 2 They gathered in such large numbers(B) that there was no room left, not even outside the door, and he preached the word to them. 3 Some men came, bringing to him a paralyzed man,(C) carried by four of them. 4 Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus by digging through it and then lowered the mat the man was lying on. 5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”(D)
6 Now some teachers of the law were sitting there, thinking to themselves, 7 “Why does this fellow talk like that? He’s blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?”(E)
8 Immediately Jesus knew in his spirit that this was what they were thinking in their hearts, and he said to them, “Why are you thinking these things? 9 Which is easier: to say to this paralyzed man, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up, take your mat and walk’? 10 But I want you to know that the Son of Man(F) has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the man, 11 “I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home.” 12 He got up, took his mat and walked out in full view of them all. This amazed everyone and they praised God,(G) saying, “We have never seen anything like this!”(H)
Jesus Calls Levi and Eats With Sinners(I)
13 Once again Jesus went out beside the lake. A large crowd came to him,(J) and he began to teach them. 14 As he walked along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax collector’s booth. “Follow me,”(K) Jesus told him, and Levi got up and followed him.
15 While Jesus was having dinner at Levi’s house, many tax collectors and sinners were eating with him and his disciples, for there were many who followed him. 16 When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees(L) saw him eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: “Why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?”(M)
17 On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”(N)
Jesus Questioned About Fasting(O)
18 Now John’s disciples and the Pharisees were fasting.(P) Some people came and asked Jesus, “How is it that John’s disciples and the disciples of the Pharisees are fasting, but yours are not?”
19 Jesus answered, “How can the guests of the bridegroom fast while he is with them? They cannot, so long as they have him with them. 20 But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them,(Q) and on that day they will fast.
21 “No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment. Otherwise, the new piece will pull away from the old, making the tear worse. 22 And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins.”
Jesus Is Lord of the Sabbath(R)(S)
23 One Sabbath Jesus was going through the grainfields, and as his disciples walked along, they began to pick some heads of grain.(T) 24 The Pharisees said to him, “Look, why are they doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath?”(U)
25 He answered, “Have you never read what David did when he and his companions were hungry and in need? 26 In the days of Abiathar the high priest,(V) he entered the house of God and ate the consecrated bread, which is lawful only for priests to eat.(W) And he also gave some to his companions.”(X)
27 Then he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man,(Y) not man for the Sabbath.(Z) 28 So the Son of Man(AA) is Lord even of the Sabbath.”
