¹⁴ who ^(A)gave Himself for us ^(B)to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to ^(C)purify for Himself a ^(D)people for His own possession, ^(E)eager for good deeds.

¹⁰ For we are His workmanship, ^(A)created in ^(B)Christ Jesus for ^(C)good works, which God ^(D)prepared beforehand so that we would ^(E)walk in them.

²¹ But the one who ^(A)practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds will be revealed ^[a]as having been performed in God.”

² If I have the gift of ^(A)prophecy and know all ^(B)mysteries and all ^(C)knowledge, and if I have ^(D)all faith so as to ^(E)remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. ³ And if I ^(F)give away all my possessions to charity, and if I ^(G)surrender my body so that I may ^[a]glory, but do not have love, it does me no good.

¹³ for it is ^(A)God who is at work in you, both to ^[a]desire and to work ^(B)for His good pleasure.
