Romans 6:3-7
New International Version
3 Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized(A) into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death(B) in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead(C) through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.(D)
5 For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his.(E) 6 For we know that our old self(F) was crucified with him(G) so that the body ruled by sin(H) might be done away with,[a] that we should no longer be slaves to sin(I)— 7 because anyone who has died has been set free from sin.(J)

Romans 6:3-7
Revised Geneva Translation
3 Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Jesus Christ have been baptized into his death?
4 We are then buried with Him, through baptism, into His death; so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead, to the glory of the Father, we also should walk in newness of life.
5 For if we are united with Him in the likeness of His death, we shall also be so in the likeness of His resurrection,
6 knowing this: that our old man was crucified with Him, so that the body of sin might be made useless and that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7 For whoever has died is freed from sin.
