12 For this reason— celebrate, heavens, and the ones dwelling in them. Woe for the land and the sea, because the devil went down to you having great fury, knowing that he has a short time”.
The Dragon Pursues The Woman, And Then Makes War Against Her Children
13 And when the dragon saw that he was thrown-down to the earth, he pursued[a] the woman who gave-birth to the male Child. 14 And the two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman in order that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place where she is nourished there for a time and times and half of a time from the presence of the serpent.

12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens(A)
and you who dwell in them!
But woe(B) to the earth and the sea,(C)
because the devil has gone down to you!
He is filled with fury,
because he knows that his time is short.”
13 When the dragon(D) saw that he had been hurled to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child.(E) 14 The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle,(F) so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time,(G) out of the serpent’s reach.

13 Quando o dragão foi lançado à terra, começou a perseguir a mulher que dera à luz o menino. 14 Foram dadas à mulher as duas asas da grande águia, para que ela pudesse voar para o lugar que lhe havia sido preparado no deserto, onde seria sustentada durante um tempo, tempos e meio tempo, fora do alcance da serpente.
