Revelation 4:7-11

New King James Version

⁷^(A)The first living creature was like a lion, the second living creature like a calf, the third living creature had a face like a man, and the fourth living creature was like a flying eagle. ⁸The four living creatures, each having ^(B)six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying:

^(C)“Holy,^[a] holy, holy,
^(D)Lord God Almighty,
^(E)Who was and is and is to come!”

⁹Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, ^(F)who lives forever and ever, ¹⁰^(G)the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:

¹¹“You^(H) are worthy, ^[b]O Lord,
To receive glory and honor and power;
^(I)For You created all things,
And by ^(J)Your will they ^[c]exist and were created.”

Revelation 4:7-11

New International Version

⁷The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle.^(A) ⁸Each of the four living creatures^(B) had six wings^(C) and was covered with eyes all around,^(D) even under its wings. Day and night^(E) they never stop saying:

“‘Holy, holy, holy

is the Lord God Almighty,’^[a]^(F)

who was, and is, and is to come.”^(G)

⁹Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne^(H) and who lives for ever and ever,^(I) ¹⁰the twenty-four elders^(J) fall down before him^(K) who sits on the throne^(L) and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:

¹¹“You are worthy, our Lord and God,
    to receive glory and honor and power,^(M)
for you created all things,
    and by your will they were created
    and have their being.”^(N)
