Psalm 47
God’s Rule over the Nations
To the leader. Of the Korahites. A Psalm.
1 Clap your hands, all you peoples;
shout to God with loud songs of joy.
2 For the Lord, the Most High, is awesome,
a great king over all the earth.
3 He subdued peoples under us,
and nations under our feet.
4 He chose our heritage for us,
the pride of Jacob whom he loves.Selah
5 God has gone up with a shout,
the Lord with the sound of a trumpet.
6 Sing praises to God, sing praises;
sing praises to our King, sing praises.
7 For God is the king of all the earth;
sing praises with a psalm.[a]
8 God is king over the nations;
God sits on his holy throne.
9 The princes of the peoples gather
as the people of the God of Abraham.
For the shields of the earth belong to God;
he is highly exalted.

2 For Yahweh Most High is [b](C)fearsome,

3 He (E)subdues peoples under us
And nations under our feet.
4 He chooses our (F)inheritance for us,
The (G)pride of Jacob whom He loves. [c]Selah.
5 God has (H)ascended [d]with a loud shout,
Yahweh, [e]with the (I)sound of a trumpet.
6 (J)Sing praises to God, sing praises;
Sing praises to (K)our King, sing praises.
7 For God is the (L)King of all the earth;
Sing praises (M)with a [f]skillful psalm.
8 God (N)reigns over the nations,
God [g]sits on (O)His holy throne.
9 The (P)nobles of the peoples have assembled themselves with the (Q)people of the God of Abraham,
For the (R)shields of the earth belong to God;

47 Plješćite rukama, svi narodi,
vičite Bogu glasom radosnim.
2 BOG je strašan, on je Svevišnji,
nad svom zemljom Kralj veliki.
3 Narode nam je podložio,
plemena pod naše noge stavio.
4 Nasljedstvo nam je izabrao,
na ponos Jakovu, kojeg je volio.
5 Uz klicanje, na prijestolje Bog se uspinje,
BOG ide u pratnji zvučne trube.
6 Pjevajte pjesme Bogu, pjevajte!
Pjevajte pjesme našem Kralju, pjevajte!
7 Jer, Bog je Kralj čitavog svijeta,
zato mu hvalospjev pjevajte!
8 Bog vlada nad narodima,
na svetom prijestolju sjedi.
9 Okupljaju se vladari naroda
s narodom Boga Abrahamova
jer Božji su svi moćnici[a] svijeta,
uzvišen je visoko nad svima.

Ang Dios ang Hari sa Buong Sanlibutan
47 Kayong mga tao sa bawat bansa, magpalakpakan kayo!
Sumigaw sa Dios nang may kagalakan.
2 Ang Panginoon, ang Kataas-taasang Dios at kagalang-galang.
Siya ang dakilang Hari sa buong sanlibutan.
3 Ipinasakop niya sa aming mga Israelita ang lahat ng bansa.
4 Pinili niya para sa amin ang lupang ipinangako bilang aming mana.
Itoʼy ipinagmamalaki ni Jacob na kanyang minamahal.
5 Ang Dios ay umaakyat sa kanyang trono
habang nagsisigawan ang mga tao at tumutunog ang mga trumpeta.
6 Umawit kayo ng mga papuri sa Dios.
Umawit kayo ng mga papuri sa ating hari.
7 Dahil ang Dios ang siyang Hari sa buong mundo.
Umawit kayo sa kanya ng mga awit ng pagpupuri.
8 Ang Dios ay nakaupo sa kanyang trono at naghahari sa mga bansa.
9 Nagtitipon ang mga hari ng mga bansa,
kasama ang mga mamamayan ng Dios ni Abraham.
Ang mga pinuno sa mundo ay sa Dios,
at mataas ang paggalang nila sa kanya.
