Psalm 18:40-42

⁴⁰You have made my enemies retreat before me;^[a]^(A)
I annihilate those who hate me.^(B)
⁴¹They cry for help, but there is no one to save them^(C)—
they cry to the Lord, but he does not answer them.^(D)
⁴²I pulverize them like dust before the wind;^(E)
I trample them^[b] like mud in the streets.^(F)
