Psalm 142

You Are My Refuge

A Maskil^[a] of David, when he was in ^(A)the cave. A Prayer.

142 With my voice I ^(B)cry out to the Lord;
with my voice I ^(C)plead for mercy to the Lord.
²I ^(D)pour out my complaint before him;
I tell my trouble before him.

³When my spirit ^(E)faints within me,
    you know my way!
In the path where I walk
    they have ^(F)hidden a trap for me.
⁴^(G)Look to the ^(H)right and see:
    ^(I)there is none who takes notice of me;
^(J)no refuge remains to me;
    no one cares for my soul.

⁵I cry to you, O Lord;
    I say, “You are my ^(K)refuge,
    my ^(L)portion in ^(M)the land of the living.”
⁶^(N)Attend to my cry,
    for ^(O)I am brought very low!
Deliver me from my persecutors,
    ^(P)for they are too strong for me!
⁷^(Q)Bring me out of prison,
    that I may give thanks to your name!
The righteous will surround me,
    for you will ^(R)deal bountifully with me.

142 我向耶和華呼求，
我高聲向祂求助，
²我在祂面前傾訴我的苦情，
向祂述說我的患難。
³耶和華啊，我心力交瘁的時候，
只有你知道我當走的路。
敵人已在我行的路上鋪下網羅。
⁴看看我左右，無人關心我；
我走投無路，無人眷顧我。
⁵耶和華啊，我向你呼求，
你是我的避難所，
在世上你是我的福分。
⁶求你垂聽我的呼求，
因為我身陷絕境。
求你救我脫離迫害我的人，
因為他們太強大了。
⁷求你救我脫離牢籠，
好讓我讚美你。
因為你恩待我，
義人必聚集在我周圍。

¹Pido a gritos la ayuda del SEÑOR;
a gritos le pido al SEÑOR compasión.
²En él puedo descargar mi angustia;
sin temor le puedo expresar mis quejas.

³Cuando estoy perdido,
    tú me muestras el camino.
Mis enemigos han tendido una trampa
    y estoy a punto de caer en ella,
    pero Dios me guía.
⁴No tengo ni siquiera un amigo
    que esté a mi lado acompañándome;
no tengo en dónde esconderme.
    A nadie le importa si vivo o muero.

⁵Por eso pido tu ayuda, SEÑOR,
    tú eres mi refugio;
    eres todo lo que tengo en este mundo.
⁶A ti te pido ayuda;
    te necesito, me siento muy débil.
Sálvame de los que me persiguen,
    porque son más fuertes que yo.
⁷Ayúdame a escapar de sus trampas
    para que pueda alabar tu nombre.
Entonces los justos celebrarán conmigo
    porque tú me has cuidado.
