Psalm 126:2-4

²Our mouths were filled with laughter then,^(A)
and our tongues with shouts of joy.^(B)
Then they said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”^(C)
³The Lord had done great things for us;
we were joyful.^(D)

⁴Restore our fortunes,^[a] Lord,
like watercourses in the Negev.^(E)
