Psalm 118:5-8

⁵^(A)Out of my distress I ^(B)called on the Lord;
    the Lord answered me and set me ^(C)free.
⁶^(D)The Lord is on my side; ^(E)I will not fear.
    What can man do to me?
⁷^(F)The Lord is on my side as my helper;
    I shall ^(G)look in triumph on those who hate me.

⁸^(H)It is better to take refuge in the Lord
^(I)than to trust in man.
