14 Yet it was kind of you (A)to share[a] my trouble. 15 And you Philippians yourselves know that (B)in the beginning of the gospel, when I left Macedonia, (C)no church entered into partnership with me in giving and receiving, except you only. 16 Even in Thessalonica you sent me help for my needs once and again. 17 (D)Not that I seek the gift, but I seek (E)the fruit that increases to your credit.[b] 18 I have received full payment, and more. I am well supplied, (F)having received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent, (G)a fragrant offering, (H)a sacrifice acceptable and pleasing to God.

15 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.

16 For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.

17 Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.

18 But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
