Numbers 24:14-16

14 And now, behold, (A)I am going to my people; come, and I will advise you what this people will do to your people in the [a]days to come.”
15 He took up his discourse and said,
“(B)The oracle of Balaam the son of Beor,
And the oracle of the man whose eye is opened,
16 The oracle of him who hears the [b]words of God,
And knows the knowledge of the [c]Most High,
Who sees the vision of [d]the Almighty,
Falling down, yet having his eyes uncovered.

16 He hath said, which heard the words of God, and knew the knowledge of the most High, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his eyes open:
