5 E falou o Senhor a Moisés, dizendo: 6 Faze chegar a tribo de Levi e põe-na diante de Arão, o sacerdote, para que o sirvam, 7 e tenham cuidado da sua guarda e da guarda de toda a congregação, diante da tenda da congregação, para administrar o ministério do tabernáculo, 8 e tenham cuidado de todos os utensílios da tenda da congregação e da guarda dos filhos de Israel, para administrar o ministério do tabernáculo. 9 Darás, pois, os levitas a Arão e a seus filhos; dentre os filhos de Israel lhes são dados em dádiva.

5 The Lord said to Moses, 6 “Bring the tribe of Levi(A) and present them to Aaron the priest to assist him.(B) 7 They are to perform duties for him and for the whole community(C) at the tent of meeting by doing the work(D) of the tabernacle. 8 They are to take care of all the furnishings of the tent of meeting, fulfilling the obligations of the Israelites by doing the work of the tabernacle. 9 Give the Levites to Aaron and his sons;(E) they are the Israelites who are to be given wholly to him.[a]
