¹⁹ Even when the cloud continued over the tabernacle many days, the people of Israel ^(A)kept the charge of the Lord and did not set out.

⁷ “Thus says the Lord of hosts: If you will walk in my ways and ^(A)keep my charge, then you shall ^(B)rule my house and have charge of my courts, and I will give you the right of access among ^(C)those who are standing here.

⁸ They shall guard all the furnishings of the tent of meeting, and keep guard over the people of Israel as they minister at the tabernacle.

⁵² The people of Israel shall pitch their tents by their companies, each man in his own camp and ^(A)each man by his own standard. ⁵³ But the Levites shall camp around the tabernacle of the testimony, so that there may be no ^(B)wrath on the congregation of the people of Israel. ^(C)And the Levites shall keep guard over the tabernacle of the testimony.”
