8 Oh Panginoon, aming Panginoon,
(A)Pagkarilag ng iyong pangalan sa buong lupa!
(B)Na siyang naglagay ng inyong kaluwalhatian sa mga langit.
2 (C)Mula sa bibig ng mga sanggol at ng mga sumususo ay iyong itinatag ang kalakasan,
Dahil sa iyong mga kaaway,
Upang iyong patahimikin ang kaaway at ang manghihiganti.
3 (D)Pagka binubulay ko ang iyong mga langit, ang gawa ng iyong mga daliri,
Ang buwan at ang mga bituin na iyong inayos;
4 (E)Ano ang tao upang iyong alalahanin siya?
At ang anak ng tao, upang iyong dalawin siya?
5 Sapagka't iyong ginawa siyang kaunting mababa lamang kay sa Dios,
At pinaputungan mo siya ng kaluwalhatian at karangalan.
6 (F)Iyong pinapagtataglay siya ng kapangyarihan sa mga gawa ng iyong mga kamay;
(G)Iyong inilagay ang lahat ng mga bagay sa ilalim ng kaniyang mga paa:
7 Lahat na tupa at baka,
Oo, at ang mga hayop sa parang;
8 Ang mga ibon sa himpapawid, at ang mga isda sa dagat,
Anomang nagdaraan sa mga kalaliman ng mga dagat.
9 (H)Oh Panginoon, aming Panginoon,

8 (2) Señor, soberano nuestro,
¡tu nombre domina en toda la tierra!,
¡tu gloria se extiende más allá del cielo!
2 (3) Con la alabanza de los pequeños,
de los niñitos de pecho,
has construido una fortaleza
por causa de tus enemigos,
para acabar con rebeldes y adversarios.
3 (4) Cuando veo el cielo que tú mismo hiciste,
y la luna y las estrellas que pusiste en él,
4 (5) pienso:
¿Qué es el hombre?
¿Qué es el ser humano?
¿Por qué lo recuerdas y te preocupas por él?
5 (6) Pues lo hiciste casi como un dios,
lo rodeaste de honor y dignidad,
6 (7) le diste autoridad sobre tus obras,
lo pusiste por encima de todo:
7 (8) sobre las ovejas y los bueyes, sobre los animales salvajes,
8 (9) sobre las aves que vuelan por el cielo,
sobre los peces que viven en el mar,
¡sobre todo lo que hay en el mar!

1 Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name(A) in all the earth!
You have set your glory(B)
in the heavens.(C)
2 Through the praise of children and infants
you have established a stronghold(D) against your enemies,
to silence the foe(E) and the avenger.
3 When I consider your heavens,(F)
the work of your fingers,(G)
the moon and the stars,(H)
which you have set in place,
4 what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?[c](I)
5 You have made them[d] a little lower than the angels[e](J)
and crowned them[f] with glory and honor.(K)
6 You made them rulers(L) over the works of your hands;(M)
you put everything under their[g] feet:(N)
7 all flocks and herds,(O)
and the animals of the wild,(P)
8 the birds in the sky,
and the fish in the sea,(Q)
all that swim the paths of the seas.
9 Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!(R)
