Awit ng Pagpupuri kay Yahweh

113 Purihin si Yahweh!

Dapat na magpuri ang mga alipin,
ang ngalan ni Yahweh ay dapat purihin.
Ang kanyang pangalan ay papupurihan,
    magmula ngayo't magpakailanman,

Mula kapanglawa'y itong mahihirap,
    kanyang itinataas, kanyang nililingap.
Sa mga prinsipe ay isinasama,
sa mga prinsipe nitong bayan niya.
Ang babaing baog pinagpapala niya,
    binibigyang anak para lumigaya.

Purihin si Yahweh!

113 1-3 Hallelujah!
You who serve God, praise God!
Just to speak his name is praise!
Just to remember God is a blessing—
    now and tomorrow and always.
From east to west, from dawn to dusk,
keep lifting all your praises to God!

4-9 God is higher than anything and anyone,
outshining everything you can see in the skies.
Who can compare with God, our God,
    so majestically enthroned,
Surveying his magnificent
    heavens and earth?
He picks up the poor from out of the dirt,
rescues the forgotten who’ve been thrown out with the trash,
Seats them among the honored guests,
a place of honor among the brightest and best.
He gives childless couples a family,
gives them joy as the parents of children.
Hallelujah!

113 Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord.

Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore.

From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord's name is to be praised.

The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.

Who is like unto the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high,

Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!

He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;

That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.

He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord.
