Jesus Ministers to Great Crowds

²³^(A)And he went throughout all Galilee, ^(B)teaching in their synagogues and ^(C)proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and ^(D)healing every disease and every affliction among the people. ²⁴So his fame spread throughout all ^(E)Syria, and ^(F)they brought him all the sick, those afflicted with various diseases and ^(G)pains, ^(H)those oppressed by demons, ^(I)those having seizures, and ^(J)paralytics, and he healed them.

And ^(C)the people sought him and came to him, and would have kept him from leaving them, ⁴³but he said to them, ^(D)“I must ^(E)preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns as well; for I was sent for this purpose.” ⁴⁴And he was preaching ^(F)in the synagogues of Judea.^[a]
