⁴¹तब यीसू ह ओमन ला कहिस, “ओमन कइसने कह सकथें कि मसीह ह दाऊद के संतान अय? ⁴²काबरकि दाऊद ह खुदे भजन-संहिता के किताब म कहिथे:

‘परभू ह मोर परभू ले कहिस:
“मोर जेवनी हांथ अंग बईठ,
⁴³जब तक कि मेंह तोर बईरीमन
ला तोर गोड़ रखे के चउकी नइं बना देवंव।” ’^[a]

⁴⁴जब दाऊद ह ओला ‘परभू’ कहिथे, तब मसीह ह दाऊद के संतान कइसने हो सकथे?”

Luke 20:41-44

⁴¹Then Jesus said to them, “Why is it said that the Messiah is the son of David?^(B) ⁴²David himself declares in the Book of Psalms:

“‘The Lord said to my Lord:
“Sit at my right hand
⁴³until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet.”’^[a]^(C)

⁴⁴David calls him ‘Lord.’ How then can he be his son?”
