40 A disciple is not above the teacher. But everyone having been fully-trained will be like his teacher. 41 And why do you look-at the speck in the eye of your brother, but do not consider[a] the log in your own eye? 42 How can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, permit me to take-out the speck in your eye’, while yourself not seeing the log in your eye? Hypocrite! First take out the log from your eye. And then you will see-clearly to take out the speck in the eye of your brother.
