Jesus Heals a Leper

^12 (A)And it happened that while He was in one of the cities, behold, there was a man ^[a]covered with leprosy; and when he saw Jesus, he fell on his face and begged Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” ¹³ And He stretched out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” And immediately the leprosy left him. ¹⁴ And He directed him to tell no one, “But go and ^(B)show yourself to the priest and make an offering for your cleansing, just as Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”

² And behold, ^(A)a leper came to Him and ^[a](B)was bowing down before Him, and said, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” ³ And Jesus stretched out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” And immediately his ^(C)leprosy was cleansed. ⁴ And Jesus *said to him, “^(D)See that you tell no one; but ^(E)go, ^(F)show yourself to the priest and present the ^[b]offering that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”

^40 (A)And a leper *came to ^[a]Jesus, pleading with Him and ^(B)falling on his knees before Him, and saying, “If You are willing, You can make me clean.” ⁴¹ And moved with compassion, He stretched out His hand and touched him, and *said to him, “I am willing; be cleansed.” ⁴² And immediately the leprosy left him and he was cleansed. ⁴³ And He sternly warned him and immediately sent him away, ⁴⁴ and He *said to him, “^(C)See that you say nothing to anyone; but ^(D)go, show yourself to the priest and ^(E)offer for your cleansing what Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”
