53 Every day when[a] I was with you in the temple courts,[b] you did not stretch out your[c] hands against me! But this is your hour and the domain of darkness!”

54 And they arrested him and[d] led him[e] away and brought him[f] into the house of the high priest. But Peter was following at a distance. 55 And when they[g] had kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and sat down together, Peter sat down among them.
