Repent or Perish

13 Now at the same time some had come to tell him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices. And he answered and[a] said to them, “Do you think that these Galileans were sinners worse than all the Galileans, because they suffered these things? No, I tell you, but unless you repent you will all perish as well! Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them—do you think that they were sinners worse than all the people who live in Jerusalem? No, I tell you, but unless you repent, you will all perish as well!”

The Parable of the Barren Fig Tree

And he told this parable: “A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came looking for fruit on it and did not find any.[b] So he said to the gardener, ‘Behold, for three years[c] I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree and did not find any.[d] Cut it down![e] Why should it even exhaust the soil?’ But he answered and[f] said to him, ‘Sir, leave it alone this year also, until I dig around it and put manure on it.[g] And if indeed it produces fruit in the coming year, so much the better,[h] but if not, you can cut it down.’”

A Woman with a Disabling Spirit Healed

10 Now he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. 11 And behold, a woman was there[i] who had a spirit that had disabled her[j] for eighteen years, and she was bent over and not able to straighten herself up completely.[k] 12 And when he[l] saw her, Jesus summoned her[m] and said to her, “Woman, you are freed from your disability!” 13 And he placed his[n] hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and glorified God. 14 But the ruler of the synagogue, indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, answered and[o] said to the crowd, “There are six days on which it is necessary to work. Therefore come and[p] be healed on them, and not on the day of the Sabbath!” 15 But the Lord answered and said to him, “Hypocrites! Does not each one of you untie his ox or his[q] donkey from the feeding trough on the Sabbath and lead it[r] away to water it?[s] 16 And this woman, who is a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan bound eighteen[t] long years—is it not necessary that she be released from this bond on the day of the Sabbath?” 17 And when[u] he said these things, all those who opposed him were humiliated, and the whole crowd was rejoicing at all the splendid things that were being done by him.

The Parable of the Mustard Seed

18 Therefore he said, “What is the kingdom of God like, and to what shall I compare it? 19 It is like a mustard seed that a man took and[v] sowed in his own garden, and it grew and became a tree, and the birds of the sky nested in its branches.”

The Parable of the Yeast

20 And again he said, “To what shall I compare the kingdom of God? 21 It is like yeast that a woman took and[w] hid in[x] three measures of wheat flour until the whole batch was leavened.”

The Narrow Door

22 And he was going throughout towns and villages, teaching and making his journey toward Jerusalem. 23 And someone said to him, “Lord, are there only[y] a few who are saved?” And he said to them, 24 “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able to, 25 when once the master of the house has gotten up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock on the door, saying, ‘Lord, open the door[z] for us!’ And he will answer and[aa] say to you, ‘I do not know where you are from!’ 26 Then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets!’ 27 And he will reply, saying to you, ‘I do not know where you are from! Go away from me, all you evildoers!’[ab] 28 In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but yourselves thrown outside! 29 And they will come from east and west, and from north and south, and will recline at the table in the kingdom of God. 30 And behold, some are last who will be first, and some are first who will be last.”

The Lament over Jerusalem

31 At that same hour some Pharisees came up and[ac] said to him, “Go out and depart from here, because Herod wants to kill you!” 32 And he said to them, “Go and[ad] tell that fox, ‘Behold, I am expelling demons and performing healings today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will complete my work.’[ae] 33 Nevertheless, it is necessary for me to be on the way today and tomorrow and on the next day, because it is not possible for a prophet to perish outside Jerusalem.

34 “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How many times I wanted to gather your children together the way[af] a hen gathers[ag] her own brood under her[ah] wings, and you were not willing! 35 Behold, your house has been left to you! And I tell you, you will never see me until the time[ai] will come when you say, ‘Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!’”[aj]

Repent or Perish

10 Now He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. 11 And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way [d]raise herself up. 12 But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your (C)infirmity.” 13 (D)And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

14 But the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because Jesus had (E)healed on the Sabbath; and he said to the crowd, (F)“There are six days on which men ought to work; therefore come and be healed on them, and (G)not on the Sabbath day.”

15 The Lord then answered him and said, [e]“Hypocrite! (H)Does not each one of you on the Sabbath loose his ox or donkey from the stall, and lead it away to water it? 16 So ought not this woman, (I)being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound—think of it—for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath?” 17 And when He said these things, all His adversaries were put to shame; and all the multitude rejoiced for all the glorious things that were (J)done by Him.

The Parable of the Mustard Seed(K)

18 (L)Then He said, “What is the kingdom of God like? And to what shall I compare it? 19 It is like a mustard seed, which a man took and put in his garden; and it grew and became a [f]large tree, and the birds of the air nested in its branches.”

The Parable of the Leaven(M)

20 And again He said, “To what shall I liken the kingdom of God? 21 It is like [g]leaven, which a woman took and hid in three (N)measures[h] of meal till it was all leavened.”

The Narrow Way(O)

22 (P)And He went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem. 23 Then one said to Him, “Lord, are there (Q)few who are saved?”

(Y)Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.’ 28 (Z)There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, (AA)when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, and yourselves thrust out. 29 They will come from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and sit down in the kingdom of God. 30 (AB)And indeed there are last who will be first, and there are first who will be last.”

Jesus Laments over Jerusalem(AD)

How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, but you were not willing! 35 See! Исцеление женщины в субботу

10 В субботу Исо учил в одном из молитвенных домов. 11 Там была женщина, скорченная духом болезни. Она не могла выпрямиться вот уже восемнадцать лет. 12 Увидев её, Исо вызвал её вперёд и сказал:

– Женщина! Ты свободна от своей болезни!

13 Он возложил на неё руки, и она сразу выпрямилась и стала славить Всевышнего. 14 Но начальника молитвенного дома разозлило, что Исо исцелил в субботу, и он обратился к присутствующим:

– Есть шесть дней для работы, вот и приходите для исцеления не в субботу, а в один из этих дней.

15 На это Исо ответил ему:

– Лицемеры! Разве в субботу вы не отвязываете в стойле вола или осла и не ведете его поить? 16 Так не нужно ли было освободить в субботу и эту женщину, одну из дочерей Иброхима, вот уже восемнадцать лет связанную сатаной?

17 Когда Он это сказал, всем Его противникам стало стыдно, а весь народ радовался чудесным делам, которые Он совершал.

Притча о горчичном зерне и о закваске(A)

18 Затем Исо сказал:

– На что похоже Царство Всевышнего? С чем можно его сравнить? 19 Оно как горчичное зерно, которое человек взял и посеял в своём саду. Зерно выросло и превратилось в настоящее дерево, так что даже птицы небесные свили гнёзда в его ветвях.

20 И ещё Он сказал:

– Уходи, оставь это место, потому что Ирод[c] хочет Тебя убить.

32 Исо ответил:

– Пойдите и передайте этой лисице: «Я буду изгонять демонов и исцелять людей сегодня и завтра, а на третий день Я закончу Своё дело». 33 Но сегодня, завтра и послезавтра Я должен следовать Своим путём, потому что не бывает так, чтобы пророка Всевышнего убили ещё где-то, кроме Иерусалима!

34 – О, Иерусалим, Иерусалим, убивающий пророков и побивающий камнями посланных к тебе! Сколько раз Я хотел собрать твоих детей, как птица собирает своих птенцов под крылья, но вы не захотели! 35 А теперь ваш дом оставляется вам пустым.[d] Говорю вам, что вы уже не увидите Меня до тех пор, пока не скажете: «Благословен Тот, Кто приходит во имя Вечного!»[e]

毫无用处的树

然后,耶稣讲了一个比喻说∶“有个人在自己的葡萄园子里种了一棵无花果树。一天,他来到树下寻找果子,可没有找到, 于是,他对园丁说∶‘瞧瞧,我在这棵无花果树上找果子,已经找了三年了,可是从来没找到过!所以,把这棵树砍掉吧,何必让它白占地方呢?’ 园丁却答道∶‘主人,再让它长一年吧,等我把它周围的土翻一翻,施上点肥料,如果到那时,它结了果,就留着它; 如果依旧不结果,你就砍掉它。’”

耶稣在安息日里治愈一名女子

10 安息日那天,耶稣正在一个会堂里教导人们。 11 一个被邪灵附身病了十八年的女人也在那里,她弯着腰,直不起身来。 12 耶稣看见了她,就把她叫到身边,对她说∶“女人啊,你要从疾病中解脱出来了!” 13 然后,他把手放在她身上,立刻,她直起了腰,并赞美上帝。

14 会堂的管事却因为耶稣是在安息日给人治病,感到很气愤,他对人们说∶“一周有六天是工作的日子,所以你们就在那几天里来看病,不要在安息日里来看病!”

15 主回答他说∶“你们这些虚伪的家伙!你们中哪一个不是在安息日里把你们的牛和驴赶出圈,引到别处去喝水的呢? 16 这个女人是亚伯拉罕的后代,她被撒旦束缚了十八年之久,难道不应该在安息日里把她解救出来吗?” 17 耶稣说到这里时,那些反对他的人们都觉得十分羞愧,然后,所有的人都为耶稣做出了这样奇妙的事情而感到喜悦。

上帝的王国像什么?

18 耶稣说∶“上帝的王国是什么样子的呢?我该把它比做什么呢? 19 它就像一粒芥茉籽,有人拿去把它种在自己的园子里,它长成一棵树,天上的鸟儿也在它的枝叉间筑巢。”

20 耶稣又说道∶“我还能把上帝的王国比作什么呢? 21 它就像一块酵母菌子,一个女人把它和在一大团面里做面包,它使整个面团发了起来。”

窄门

22 在去耶路撒冷的路上,在路经的城镇和村庄里教导人们。 23 有人问他∶“主啊,将得救的人不多吧?”

24 耶稣对他们说∶“通向天堂的门是狭窄的,你们要努力从这里进去,很多人都想进去,但是却不能够进去。 25 一旦那房子的主人起来把门关上时,你们就只能站在门外敲门,说∶‘先生,给我们开开门吧!’但是他会回答说∶‘我不知道你们是从哪里来的。’ 26 这时,你们会说∶‘我们曾经与你一起吃喝,你还在我们的街上教导过我们呢。’ 27 他会对你们说∶‘我不知道你们是从哪里来的,走开,你们这些做恶的人。’ 28 那时候,你们会看到亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各和所有的先知都在上帝的王国里,而你们却被赶出去,你们在那里将咬牙切齿地痛哭。 29 来自东、西、南、北的人们将在上帝的王国里的桌旁就座。 30 要注意,那些居后的将要在先;而那些在先的将要居后。”

耶稣将在耶路撒冷死去

31 那时,有一些法利赛人来对耶稣说∶“你赶快离开这里,到别处去吧,因为希律想要杀你。”

32 耶稣对他们说∶“去告诉那只狐狸说∶‘听着!今天和明天,我将为人们驱鬼治病,后天,我将完成我的工作’, 33 但是,这三天里,我必须赶路,因为先知不应该死在耶路撒冷以外的地方。

34 “耶路撒冷啊,耶路撒冷,你杀害先知,你用石头砸死上帝派来的使者。很多次,我渴望召集起你的儿女,就像母鸡把小鸡拢在它的翅膀下,可是你们就是不愿意! 35 看哪,你们的家园将一片荒凉,空无一人。我告诉你们:你们再也见不到我了,直到你们说∶‘欢迎你!愿上帝祝福那位以主的名义来的人。’” [a]
