Lamentations 3:19-24

¹⁹ Remember my affliction and my mourning, the wormwood and the bitterness.

²⁰ My soul has remembered them and is humbled in me.

²¹ I consider this in my heart; therefore, I have hope.

²² It is because of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed. His compassions do not fail.

²³ They are renewed every morning. Great is Your faithfulness!

²⁴ “The LORD is my portion;” says my soul, “therefore, I will hope in Him!”
