20 Fue allí, en Gilgal, donde Josué apiló las doce piedras que había tomado del río Jordán.
21 Entonces Josué les dijo a los israelitas: «En el futuro, sus hijos preguntarán: “¿Qué significan estas piedras?”. 22 Y ustedes podrán decirles: “Aquí es donde los israelitas cruzaron el Jordán sobre tierra seca”.

20 And Joshua set up at Gilgal the twelve stones(A) they had taken out of the Jordan. 21 He said to the Israelites, “In the future when your descendants ask their parents, ‘What do these stones mean?’(B) 22 tell them, ‘Israel crossed the Jordan on dry ground.’(C)
