Jonah 1:2-4
New American Standard Bible
2 “Arise, go to (A)Nineveh, the great city, and (B)cry out against it, because their (C)wickedness has come up before Me.” 3 But Jonah got up to flee to (D)Tarshish (E)from the presence of the Lord. So he went down to (F)Joppa, found a ship that was going to Tarshish, paid the fare, and [a]boarded it to go with them to Tarshish away from the presence of the Lord.
4 However, the (G)Lord hurled a great wind on the sea and there was a great storm on the sea, so that the ship was about to [b]break up.

New International Version
2 “Go to the great city of Nineveh(A) and preach against it, because its wickedness has come up before me.”
3 But Jonah ran(B) away from the Lord and headed for Tarshish(C). He went down to Joppa,(D) where he found a ship bound for that port. After paying the fare, he went aboard and sailed for Tarshish to flee from the Lord.(E)
4 Then the Lord sent a great wind on the sea, and such a violent storm arose that the ship threatened to break up.(F)
