³⁸He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

³⁸Whoever believes^(A) in me, as Scripture has said,^(B) rivers of living water^(C) will flow from within them.”^[a]^(D)

John 7:38 Or me. And let anyone drink ³⁸who believes in me.” As Scripture has said, “Out of him (or them) will flow rivers of living water.”

³⁸Whoever believes in me, ^(A)as^[a] the Scripture has said, ^(B)‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of ^(C)living water.’”
