ଯୀଶୁ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଭାଇମାନେ
7 ଏହା ପରେ ଯୀଶୁ ଗାଲିଲୀ ପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କରିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ। ସେ ଯିହୂଦାରେ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ଭହୁଁ ନ ଥିଲେ, କାରଣ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ଭହୁଁଥିଲେ। 2 ଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କର ବାର୍ଷିକ କୁଟୀରବାସ ପର୍ବର ସମୟ ଆସିଲା। 3 ତେଣୁ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କର ଭାଇମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଏ ସ୍ଥାନ ଛାଡ଼ ଓ ପର୍ବ ସକାଶେ ଯିହୂଦା ପ୍ରଦେଶକୁ ଯାଅ। ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନେ ସେଠାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ କରୁଥିବା ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଦେଖି ପାରିବେ। 4 ଯଦି କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ଗ୍ଭହେଁ ଯେ ସମସ୍ତେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ, ତେବେ ସେ ତା'ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟସୂଚୀ ଲୁଚେଇବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନୁହେଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜକୁ ଜଗତ ଆଗରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କର। ତୁମ୍ଭେ କରୁଥିବା ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସବୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ଦିଅ।” 5 (ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କର ଭାଇମାନେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରୁ ନ ଥିଲେ।)

Jesus Goes to the Festival of Tabernacles
7 After this, Jesus went around in Galilee. He did not want[a] to go about in Judea because the Jewish leaders(A) there were looking for a way to kill him.(B) 2 But when the Jewish Festival of Tabernacles(C) was near, 3 Jesus’ brothers(D) said to him, “Leave Galilee and go to Judea, so that your disciples there may see the works you do. 4 No one who wants to become a public figure acts in secret. Since you are doing these things, show yourself to the world.” 5 For even his own brothers did not believe in him.(E)
