John 6:32-40

³²Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but ^(A)My Father gives you the true bread from heaven. ³³For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”

³⁴^(B)Then they said to Him, “Lord, give us this bread always.”

³⁵And Jesus said to them, ^(C)“I am the bread of life. ^(D)He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never ^(E)thirst. ³⁶^(F)But I said to you that you have seen Me and yet ^(G)do not believe. ³⁷^(H)All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and ^(I)the one who comes to Me I will ^[a]by no means cast out. ³⁸For I have come down from heaven, ^(J)not to do My own will, ^(K)but the will of Him who sent Me. ³⁹This is the will of the Father who sent Me, ^(L)that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. ⁴⁰And this is the will of Him who sent Me, ^(M)that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

³²Jesus then said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, it is not Moses who has given you the bread out of heaven, but it is My Father who gives you the true bread out of heaven. ³³For the bread of God is ^[a]that which ^(A)comes down out of heaven and gives life to the world.” ³⁴Then they said to Him, “Lord, always ^(B)give us this bread.”

³⁵Jesus said to them, “^(C)I am the bread of life; the one who comes to Me will not be hungry, and the one who believes in Me ^(D)will never be thirsty. ³⁶But ^(E)I said to you that you have indeed seen Me, and yet you do not believe. ³⁷^(F)Everything that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I certainly will not cast out. ³⁸For ^(G)I have come down from heaven, ^(H)not to do My own will, but ^(I)the will of Him who ^(J)sent Me. ³⁹And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that of ^(K)everything that He has given Me I will ^(L)lose nothing, but will ^(M)raise it up on the last day. ⁴⁰For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who ^(N)sees the Son and ^(O)believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will ^(P)raise him up on the last day.”
