35 He was a burning and a shining lamp, and you were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.
36 “I have greater testimony than that of John. The works which the Father has given Me to finish, the very works that I do, bear witness of Me, that the Father has sent Me. 37 The Father Himself, who has sent Me, has borne witness of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form.

35 John was a lamp that burned and gave light,(A) and you chose for a time to enjoy his light.
36 “I have testimony weightier than that of John.(B) For the works that the Father has given me to finish—the very works that I am doing(C)—testify that the Father has sent me.(D) 37 And the Father who sent me has himself testified concerning me.(E) You have never heard his voice nor seen his form,(F)
