Jesus Washes the Disciples’ Feet

⁵ Then He *poured water into the basin, and began ^(A)washing the disciples’ feet and wiping them with the towel which He had tied around Himself.

^35 (A)By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another.”

²⁰ which He brought about in Christ, when He ^(A)raised Him from the dead and ^(B)seated Him at His right hand in ^(C)the heavenly places, ²¹ far above ^(D)all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every ^(E)name that is named, not only in ^(F)this age but also in the one to come.

^9 (A)For this reason also God ^(B)highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him ^(C)the name which is above every name, ¹⁰ so that at the name of Jesus ^(D)every knee will bow, of ^(E)those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, ¹¹ and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is ^(F)Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
