13 Dijo Jehová: Porque dejaron mi ley, la cual di delante de ellos, y no obedecieron a mi voz, ni caminaron conforme a ella; 14 antes se fueron tras la imaginación de su corazón, y en pos de los baales, según les enseñaron sus padres. 15 Por tanto, así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos, Dios de Israel: He aquí que a este pueblo yo les daré a comer ajenjo, y les daré a beber aguas de hiel.

13 The Lord said, “It is because they have forsaken my law, which I set before them; they have not obeyed me or followed my law.(A) 14 Instead, they have followed(B) the stubbornness of their hearts;(C) they have followed the Baals, as their ancestors taught them.” 15 Therefore this is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: “See, I will make this people eat bitter food(D) and drink poisoned water.(E)
