James 1:20-22

20 For the anger of a man does not produce[a] the righteousness of God. 21 Therefore having laid-aside all filthiness and abundance[b] of badness, receive with gentleness the implanted word being able to save your souls.
But Be Doers of The Word, Not Hearers Only
22 But be[c] doers of the word and not hearers only, deluding[d] yourselves.

20 because human anger(A) does not produce the righteousness that God desires. 21 Therefore, get rid of(B) all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you,(C) which can save you.
22 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.(D)
