²⁸ Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,^(A)
the Creator of the whole earth.
He never becomes faint or weary;
there is no limit to his understanding.^(B)

¹⁶ For everything was created by him,^(A)
in heaven and on earth,
the visible and the invisible,
whether thrones or dominions
or rulers or authorities—
all things have been created through him and for him.^(B)
